I have vehicle insurance with Dotsure and they arranged for Netstar tracker. I was due for an upgrade on the tracking device. Wayne Pillay from Netstar came to do the installation. On completion, the airbag light on the dash came back on when I start my car. Wayne came back twice to resolve it. He came back the second time after hours and sorted it out. He went over and above his duties to give me back my car as he found it. Thank you

Beware. American Swiss sell your personal details to companies using it to spam and give you unauthorized calls. I only have one account left in my previously married surname - American Swiss account. When companies call and use that surname, it could only have been American Swiss that sold my personal information.
Do NOT buy 3rd part items from Makro online shopping. The 3rd party (Zeuth) in particular, advertise and sell items through Makro and then do not deliver what you paid for. When phoning Makro, they refuse to provide details of the seller and just keep blaming the courier company. The courier company did not sell me a set of water bottles and packed only one, Zeuth did. ***** "companies" make use of Makro's site to de***** customers and Makro is protecting these ***** "companies".
I would just like to say THANK YOU for your awesome service and support !!!! when I look at how Scottburgh, Park Rynie and Pennington just about daily struggle with south coast fiber, with atrocious support and basically now feedback or communication and down times for a day or more - I appreciate your dedication to service delivery even more
on the 21st of June I complained about constant unwanted calls and I received feedback promising that they will address my complaint. They ****. I do NOT want to receive ANY communication from Discovery. Please STOP phoning me "Rest assured that we will adhere to your request and refrain from contacting you further. Your privacy and satisfaction are important to us. If you need any assistance, we kindly ask you to reach out to us whenever you feel comfortable or through alternative means of communication specified by you."
MTN advertise a deal for R429 - last month I paid pro-rata and for this month - R660. Come the first onvoice, they changed the price to R1029 per month
Pray that they don't get hold of your contact number cause they keep phoning non stop and the more I asked them to stop calling and remove my number from their lists, the more lists they added my number to and the more calls I am receiving.
What ever you do - stay away from Telkom. On the 24th of last month I called to report a fault and the technician told me as of 1 March, Telkom is suspending all copper services - I had 2 ADSL contracts. 12 phone calls later and a confirmation from the billing department, I canceled the services as Telkom will no longer provide ADSL. Apparently both employees lied to me as their ADSL services has not been suspended and I'm stuck with the penalties of the 2 contracts. I was further assured that they stopped the debit ortder - which was not the case.
I would have given Nabeel from Neurotel Umkomaas 10 stars if I could. I have not experienced service like theirs for a very long time. After a challenge to get my fiber installed, he came out and quickly made a plan. Thank you !!! The support from this company is top class.
