I paid about 30% into my revolving loan account, and are not able to withdraw anything. They say 15%. Won't recommend anyone to make use of Standard Bank in future.

<p>I have tried to bought a car from them for over 3weeks now. Each process is taking so long.</p> <p>They asked me to take my car to a dealership for inspection and to take photos. After a done it, it takes them a week to come back to me. They asked me to send the completed finance forms, after I have done it, it take them a week to come back to me.</p> <p>Now all of a sudden they don't want to go forward with the deal anymore.</p> <p>very very bad communication and and service received.</p>
There is an extra amount with the description H/W fees on my account. When I queried the amount with the call centre (Ref:6541537) they told me that it is for my previous handset that I'm still paying. Something to do with Nashua Mobile. According to me I'm more than 3years away from Nashua Mobile. So how is it possible that I should still pay for my previous handset. As Hallopetered on 08:22 Tues 8 March, MTN wrongly cancelled my upgrade, I did not request an upgrade on my cellphone. I also requested a Total Monthly amount payable for my new upgrade. Nothing was mentioned of the H/W fees that I will still have to pay. I'm not going to pay this money, and if that is the case I would like to cancel my existing contract with MTN.
2min before closing hours and they decline to help you. I was driving from Bronkhorstspruit and the door was shut in my face. Won't support them again if that is the attitude.
I did an upgrade on my cellphone contract in December 2015 through MTN Direct. The new phone had problems and I returned it on 18/12/2015 at the Menlyn MTN branch. Menlyn has send it through to MTN Direct.<br> I have called MTN 10-15 times. Went to the Menlyn Branch twice and they have phoned and tried to help me, but nobody could tell me where my phone is or when I will receive it back. After escalations to Supervisors and Managers I also didn't receive any feedback or correspondence. Everybody promise to follow up and that they will come back to you, but nobody did. I'm still paying this contract on a monthly basis, but don't have the phone. Finally Samuel Tsiame called me on 04/03/2016. He apologised for the delay in response and some other excuses as well. He told me that the Phone Model has been called back due to giving people a lot of problems. He told me that my upgrade has been cancelled and that I could do a new upgrade straight away.<br> Yesterday I have visit a branch to do the new upgrade, only to be told that my upgrade hasn't been cancelled. I'm only due for an upgrade in 2017. I have then phoned MTN again and confirmed that the calcelation has not been done. please help?
