POPIA Breach and so much more
Breach of POPIA and hiding behind previous company name Hiding behind the name of Paw-Paw Thieving little ****s! Where exactly did you get my details from to robo call me? I'm giving you 5 working days to provide me with the details of your POPIA compliance officer. You have ZERO rights to have ANY of my information. Where did you buy this from? Invasion, illegal invasion of privacy. Going to take this ALL and plaster you across the web as what you are, thieves, You bought my info, I'll ensure you pay fines, and me, for breach in NATIONAL LAW!! No idea who the **** you even are, yet you have my details? I finally track you down from paw-paw to this, call and immediately I'm recording the call, your agent doesn't state the same, but plays big boy aggro. I require your POPIA compliance officers details. I also believe the person answering provided a false name, you can buy peoples information nilly willy, but when it took me 30 minutes to find out you are paw-paw, and that you're running a scam.

ZERO for customer service. Confused service provider
I'm disappointed in the service that they have given me. I upgraded my internet package from 5mbps to 10mbps at the beginning of March. I was sent the invoice for the month of March on the 30th by Chantelle Wasser. I paid and sent proof of payment. After looking again I realised I had been charged for 5mbps and contacted Chantelle for a correction. She swiftly called me and said she forward the updated invoice with porata for the change. Only later did I see the email, by then it was after business hours & I assumed I could rectify it on Tuesday when the Easter holiday was over. Today they cut me of. Easter Sunday. To add insult to injury they seem to have now charged me the remaining amount for March (understandable) but also the full amount for April. The confusion in this organization has now strained what was going to be an enjoyable long weekend with my family. My family and I only use streaming and do not have a dstv subscription, so TV is no longer on the table. I run a small social media business which means I work in the internet and have no business hours in essence, I can't afford to take breaks during holidays or weekends, I'm now out of pocket for data in order to work. This is unacceptable, they don't even have a 24/7 customer service for me to resolve although they have that stated on their website.

SPAM calls from VoIP numbers, ISP unwilling to help
I have been spammed by several VoIP numbers over the past few weeks, after some inquiring I found the numbers are provided by Session Telecoms ISP. I reached out to the company, but they just blocked my contact details. Hope there is a way these fraud assisting businesses can be penalized. Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

SPAM calls from VoIP numbers, ISP unwilling to help
I have been spammed by several VoIP numbers over the past few weeks, after some inquiring I found the numbers are provided by Session Telecoms ISP. I reached out to the company, but they just blocked my contact details. Hope there is a way these fraud assisting businesses can be penalized. Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
