Constant bad customer service
The way i love Makro but the problem is how they always find a way to disappoint me i orderd after a few days after checking why my order has not arrived they say my order has been cancelled with no reason how come the whole order is cancelled from the 25th till today i have not recieved my refund was promised to be called back but here i am im still waiting please refund my money back this is my last order with you

Worst service ever
Im the one who recommended my husband to make a purchase of a car part but hey the service is terrible they even block you from communicating with them after the purchase do not buy from these guys the service is so terrible we want our money back u can keep your parts

#Black friday the Game store way
#Black Friday Then theres a Game store in bela bela woow what a wonderful shopping experience i had the staff are so helpfull and everything that was on my list this #Black friday was available in the store the ques were moving in a good pace which also made things easier for me and my fellow shoppers thank you for the great service and the unbeateble prices you promise and yet deliver im forever won by this store may they never disappoint 😄😄😄👌👌

Poorest of service😩
So december made an order of a headboard to to snatcher reicieved it after 3 weeks came in demaged so returned it the same day so I requested an exchange and I basically waited a month after continuously contacting them about an order i then decided that i should just forget about the item and actually get my money back guess what they said 7 days il be able to get my money its now 9 days i still didn’t receive my money back im so tired of this company its really draining my emotions ive never recieved such poor service from an online platform i regret making a purchase what kind of company does not even attempt to make communication to you as a client while waiting for the products they selling when they experience delays. I want my money back as in tomorrow ek is gat vol

Worst service
I have been waiting so long for rcs to issue me with a voucher because they say when you open an account they send you one after a purchase of 500 however im still begging for a voucher from dec till now the seevice is really poor um a new client bt um certainly not a pleased one um so tired my issue always being escalated and told be patient
