****... do not make payment. I paid for the basic plan on 3 March 2026 and my susbcription is still pending. Email them they haven't even bothered to respond, it is now the 12 th March 2026 and it still shows as "Subscription Processing Thanks for subscribing, Angelique ! Your subscription is being processed"
This complaint is specific to the Olive & Plates Deli at Donald Gordon Meical Centre. The price for a refrigerated prepacked pre made bagel chicken mayonaisse R130.00 which contained more mayo and pickles than anything else, no tomato, cucumber, arugula, lettuce or even a costly herb such as watercress, to at least quantify the exorbitant price you are selling this low grade bagel at. No price on the item until you arrive at the cashier, to catch the consumer competely off guard. The sandwich prep date was 15/09/2025, i purchased it on 16/09/2025, so no, it was not ordered off your menu and no it was not freshly prepared and no it was not toasted, no it did not come with chips or salad or on a plate. How do you justify this price? Either that is an error or you need to really look at your pricing perspective and pricing discretion. The reasonable standard value of a sandwich of that calibre and quality in most deli's in high end Johannesburg ranges between R70 - 80. The price you are selling this item at is the same price one would pay if they ordered off your menu, and that plate would include chips or salad? Not even at the International Airport would you pay R130 for a sandwich of this quality. An email was sent to this store yesterday, I still await an explanation for this ******ion. Actually this is not extrortion it is a ******* and taking advantage of consumers who are vulnerable being at the hospital most of the day. A family of 5 who now would like just an ordinary sandwich are subjected to R130 per sandwich wihout a drink... so the little snack turns out to be R1000.00 with cooldrinks or coffee. At a little Foodshack? There are top class resturants where you can feed your entire family a top class quality meal, with drinks and including the watrons tip for R1500.
reference number:3542232 Logged 2 june 2025 Deceased Estates again. I had a deceased estate late bank account linked to my online banking, which has now disappeared. Kindly make contact with me to reinstate this account as by law the Executor has not given instruction to close this account.
Once again using this bank to do deceased estates transaction is a nightmare. Not my first complaint. But how is a person supposed to run a business when the very bank they are using cannot get themselves sorted out. We opened an estate late account with you for online banking and we cannot transact on this account. We have been to your Westgate branch numerous (4) times to resolve it and finally today nearly two months later they tell us it's the estate dept issue that the online banking in not resolved. This is the most unprofessional bank I have every done business with. We require someone to assist with urgency as the estate late account is sitting with money which is required to pay for estate matters and I refuse to run around up and down to an FNB branch to transact when I have online banking available.
I have had it with this service provider. Seriously. The incompetence is absolutely mind boggling. The lack of ability to resolve your issue even more mind boggling and their total non chalant attitude and no follow up. When you ask them to call you, they keep posting messages on the client zone...oh my dearest Lord above. Pick up the phone. I have Ben without internet since the 3rd of March and there is absolutely no escalation process. In order to cancel my subscription I will lose my money that I paid for a service I never got to use in March. Their CEO doesn't seem to even have an inkling of what is going on in support... absolutely the worst isp I have ever dealt with especially when you have technical issues. This is not the first time that I am experiencing the most frustrating process with their call centre..how they won any award in respect of being the best isp is beyond me. In fact I am absolutely tired of having to deal with this service desk and the level of support that they spew out and so it's time I find another more customer eccentric service provider.
Absolutely shocking service from their Deceased Estates department,... actually one would say that if you got some service it would be a one star, but since the 16th Jan 2024, I have been emailing them to open an Estate Late Account, and to this very day I have not received a call, nor a response to process my request?
Well well well, no surprises left in this town with regards to the appalling service levels...not to mention that retailers don't even care that there are complaints about the bad service. Not sure how these retailers stay open for business when customers are clearly taking business away from them due to lack of service. This was my first and last time buying from Kingsmead shoes. I have reported to their support email on 29 December and again yesterday and still await a response. My parcel which was ordered online on 22nd Dec still has not arrived because they choose Pargo as their courier ...do you see the retailer worried about my goods that have been paid for yet are still floating around the country....no....I must do all the running around and following up. Disgusted to the core with both companies so much so that a complaint to the national consumer commission is going to be raised.
Pargo courier services. Time to report this company to the NCC. I cannot believe this company is still in business. Do not use any retailer that uses Pargo as their courier should you order online . You will wait for any form of feedback and the feedback you receive will not correlate with what they have said...the track n trace is useless and so it's their support. They just handing on a very thin line with their delay tactic responses.

I complained on their Facebook page about their unethical business practice,,, guess what they deleted the comment and haven't even bothered to respond? I will be reporting them to the National Consumer Commission in the morning
