My experience with you has been nothing but pure HELL from December to date. Never in my life have I encountered such pathetic service!!!!!!!!!!! Your processes are disorganized, your staff is rude, unhelpful, disrespectful, dysfunctional and impatient. You should really look into improving your customer service. Your department is shameless!!!!!!!!!!

I was blown away by the quick assistance and personalized attention I received at Hi-Fi Corporation Menlyn, especially from the salesman Given. From start to finish, the customer service was friendly, efficient, and genuinely caring. A rare find. Thank you Given for going above and beyond to assist me. I’ve never been so impressed with customer service!
Booked a trip to Zanzibar, paid a deposit to the hotel Pili Pili Sunrise, received an email last year advising that there is an over booking on my dates and the hotel won't be able to accommodate me. I have been struggling to get my deposit back since last year. Pathetic service 🙄 Won't be making use of booking.com again. They just ignore my emails ,I even sent proof of payment yet no response 😑
They don't even deserve a star 😪 Horrible place to do business with , first they charge me for a router which I do not have & insist the router was delivered with the laptop. Why would someone query a charge on their statement for something they in possession of? Now I lost phone , have been paying insurance on this phone from 2022 ,the insurance company can pick up the device but MTN can't? How is that so when I upgraded from the phone to a laptop. I will never do business with the useless people again!!!! Bunch of ******* I tell you. Perhaps when I stop paying they will find my router and my previous device on their systems!
I upgraded from a normal device to a laptop , I normally just make payment and never really look at my statements , upon looking at my statement today I realized that I am being charged for a router which was never included in delivery (Hisense H221M MiFi Router). I called MTN and was sent from pillar to post , the last consultant Caroline from the collections department had one helluva attitude and even raised her voice at me as if I was retarded. She wanted to transfer me to the "correct department" when I said no leave it I get better assistance when I complain on HELLO PETER , then she has the nerve to reply with : OKAY MAM. Clearly your staff does not care about the company's reputation which is absolutely shocking. Pathetic and horrible service I tell you! Please note that going forward I will not be paying for a router which I do not have and also note that I won't be doing business with your company again. In fact I feel like giving your laptop back as well.
I'd like to compliment The Bed Shop for the excellent service they provided me last week and this week.I recently ordered a bed online and there was a bit of a hiccup with regards to my product which was delivered , after calling in I was assisted with a smile and I just wanted to thank you and your staff for your excellent service and the constant “can do” approach to satisfying customer needs. Your service is absolutely remarkable. Thank you for going the extra mile for me team! Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. You can be sure that I will continue to do business with The Bed Shop for years to come and you recommend them to anyone.

First and foremost, I must address the appalling disrespect displayed by Jan. I find his tone and demeanor utterly unacceptable and I refuse to engage with someone who thinks it's acceptable to speak to me as if I were a child. Furthermore, Jan's baseless accusations of conspiracy against me and my neighbors are not only unfounded but deeply insulting. His unprofessionalism reached a peak when he arrogantly dismissed my concerns, citing his years of experience in the field. Yet, his experience seems to have done little to improve his abysmal customer service and the subpar quality of work his team delivers. Do homeowners not have the right to voice legitimate concerns about the quality of workmanship they receive, especially when they have invested in a new development? It is absurd that I should feel compelled to accept inferior standards akin to those of a pre-owned property. Quality issues WERE easily overlooked and swept under the rug.This unit is beyond disappointing!

Sasfin must feel how we feel as victims of ***** , they must take accountability for their actions , several Sasfin accounts are being used to de***** & **** people like myself , we lost so much money & all this bank could respond with was : the funds have already been withdrawn! You may not get caught for everything you do but you will pay for everything you have done. Sasfin & Dokken Global who are in cahoots will surely get their day , just look at Karma now. In the END WE ALL LOSE!
Dokken Global is a syndicate working with people from Sasfin bank. Posted on 2 November 2023 by Moonstone Information Refinery : Sasfin Holdings says it has fired all the employees in its foreign exchange business unit who colluded with clients to circumvent South Africa’s exchange control and anti-money laundering regulations , however we are still being de*****ed and the ****mers are using SASFIN ACCOUNTS. I lost R179 380 and it just disappeared from the face of the earth. All banks have a FICA requirement , what requirements does SASFIN have in place? Why are these *****sters making use of several SASFIN accounts yet SASFIN can provide feedback like : Funds were already withdrawn! By who was the funds withdrawn? I want answers! I cannot make peace with the fact that this bank is not doing anything to help the victims of their ****ming clients or doing anything to STOP these ****mers either.
