I installed two 7W rechargeable lights and am definitely not getting the 5 hours battery life as claimed on their website. I only get 1 - 1.5 hours and maybe full light, than dimming and dying at around 2 hours. Are they both faulty or is this what can be expected? I contacted them three times regarding this with NO response.. Not a good product or service!
I only ever had ONE decoder. On my profile and statement i see I am billed for TWO packages on TWO decoders PLUS a movie subscription I know nothing about. Cannot get through to their call center. Is this a scam, and how do i get this corrected and refunded?
Our flights to Athens were cancelled due to COVID. Friends and family who also had overseas trips cancelled received FULL refunds from their airlines (KLM and Emirates), but Ethiopian is only prepared to give a useless vouvher. Our trip was planned for a special occasion in Greece, so a voucher for future use is not worth anything
I ordered wine during lock down. When they opened again I was phoned TWICE about out of stock wine. on none of the occasions they were able to tell me how they are going to rectify this, but i was promised feedback. Three weeks later and still nothing received. Four emails in this period unanswered. Eventually got hold of the so called responsible person who promised to check on my order and call me back. no surprise that this also did not happen. Asked them to rather refund me - also ignored!
Applied for change of number on 20 March 2020. Paid the R250.00 fee into their account. was told it will take 24 hours. now SEVEN DAYS later and all they did was cancel the old number leaving me with NOTHING. cannot use my phone or data at all because a new number was not assigned. useless bunch. as soon as lockdown is over i am porting all three my contracts. Sad after 25 years of being a loyal cuatomer

<p>BIC order QR 25936 was placed at Tableview.</p> <p>Delivered 30/11/2016, but whole order is incorrect.</p> <p>I requested for the order to be collected and my money refunded with no response from either Builders warehouse or the supplier UCAN</p>
