Dial a Nerd have proven over and over again that they are incapable. If you are a company I would run away as they will only dissapoint you in the end. Money grabbers
My wife bought her Haval H1 from Thorp Table View with a full maintainance contract. Last friday we took the car in and it needed some replacement parts (Brakes and a shock absorber) Reveived a call with a qote for R8000.00 odd. Stated that we have a full maintenance plan and they should have it on their system. They then said it would take 3 days as they had to order the parts. (Surely as they are the dealers and sevice agents thay should have basic stock) . It is now a week later and we still have not had the car returned. (There was a promise of a phone cal but none received as yet) Apparently the brakes have not arrived.
I have been using Host Africa for many years and all I can do is praise them. My last experience needs a mention though. I had e-mail issues this week and Mawanda spent hours going through all matters and even spent time with the IT company I use to ensure all was working well. I can't thank them enough for all they did in supporting me. Should you be looking for a web hosting company this is the one you should use. Great support! Big thank you to all of you at Host Africa! My mother of 73 years of age suffering from Alzheimers suffering from dehydration was admitted to Blaauwberg NetCare (Should be Blaauwberg DontCare). Left my mother sitting in her own faeces x2. After complaining the first time my sister had to change my mother as the lady in charge Marion Phelan did very little help and basically ignored her please for help. The second incident happened in the morning where we got an aux nurse to change her only to hear her tell my mother how disgusting and terrible she is to do this!!
I bought a computer from them in January and the service was wonderful up until I received the computer. The modem was not working so I took it to telkom, they said I had to go back to Livdigital which I did but they said they would come back to me. They didn't & I became frustrated and went back to Telkom who changed the sim card & it still didn't work. I contacted Livdigital & was promised a return telephone call or email. She came back to me with a long letter saying I needed to bring it in, what is the purpose of online shopping if they don't have backup service. Eventually after three weeks of back and forth of being pushed around from one person to the next they said they would send someone on the monday to collect the computer. They never did & I waited another week, phoned & emailed several times. They collected the computer & said they would return it in a three days but no surprise they never did. Eventually yesterday they returned the computer & while the driver was still here I tried to use it and surprise surprise it never worked. I am appalled by the uncaring and non nonchalant attitude they have its like they don't care. Nearly 4 months and no working computer
