The best! I relocated my pet from South Africa to the UK using Petport. I got assigned to Refiloe. I have to say she provided amazing service. She was extremely thorough in helping me get the right documents and paperwork done. She has excellent attention to detail, making sure there is no possible chance of applications getting rejected at any stage of the process. When my pet was finally on his way, she kept me in the loop throughout the process, sending pictures, messages and calling. This helped set my mind at ease that my furbaby was being well looked after. I trust them and would highly recommend their services. Transporting your pet can be an expensive process, but I promise you that Petport are worth every penny.
I spotted a beautiful L-shaped couch on Instagram, messaged them and arranged to go view it in the Kramerville showroom. The couch looked exactly as in the pictures, and felt extremely comfortable to sit on, so I ended up buying. Overall I'd rate the whole experience 9 out of 10. The invoicing took slightly longer than expected. However, everything else was great. Appreciated being kept up to date throughout the process, on whatsapp. The delivery went smoothly. And very happy with the product. Although they are relatively new, I see myself buying from them again, as you definitely get a quality product for what you pay.
Bonolo Magagula was very friendly, conversational, helpful; I needed to add household insurance to my current cover, and he made it a very easy and painless process.
<p>I went to Edgar's today to shop and benefit from of Black Friday savings being offered.</p> <p>I was quite excited to see that me as a customer would get 30% of any item in the store as was advertised quite boldly throughout the store and according to the sales people on the floor.</p> <p> <br />After paying for the items and getting to my car, I saw that I had saved only a fraction of money on the purchases, since VAT had been added to the purchase price after applying the 30% discount (on some of the items, and NOT ALL).</p> <p>This meant that my actual saving was around 15%, which is half of what I thought I would be saving based on the big "30% off" advertising everywhere.</p> <p> <br />I am extremely disappointed that you conduct business in this way, in an attempt to make profits by fooling customers who don't read some almost invisible "fine print" somewhere.</p> <p> </p> <p>I sincerely hope that customers will shop elsewhere for Black Friday, and not fall for these traps that you have set for them.</p> <p><br /> </p>
I bought a wi-fi router from Sell Direct and planned to have it activated. I did get a call from them at around 15.55pm on Friday, but I could not answer the call as I was in a meeting.<br> I did call back after 16.00pm. I called both telephone numbers around 7 times between 16.00 and 17.00.<br> The business hours are stated as 8 am to 5 pm Mondays to Fridays. However it seems like this is just a rough estimate of when your staff are available to take calls. <br> I find it to be unprofessional and poor service to have staff, especially in the call center, take an early Friday off. <br> If this is a regular thing, then rather not lie to customers. Adjust your business times to say: 8am to 15.55pm on Fridays.
