I'm really impressed with this company. Apart from the fact that they have some of the best response times and customer service of most companies out there, they also have a real interest in putting funds towards environmental preservation and betterment. I can 100% recommend doing business with them.
I will deal with this company again and will definitely recommend them. The delivery cost for a bike battery was maybe a little high at R150, but their battery prices were much lower than the competition and the total price with delivery costs included was still cheaper than other sellers were charging for the battery alone. Delivery was very efficient and I was updated regularly by the courier company which was MDS Collivery, and their great service justified their delivery cost. Overall a great experience.
I'm very happy with my recent purchase from Chavda, not only did they have a great discounted price on the items I bought, but the after sales service was excellent regarding communication on the status of my order and delivery. I would definitely recommend them and give them 5 stars as a first time customer
This is a review of Telkom, but more specifically the shop at Baywest Mall Port Elizabeth. My mother's pay as you go landline was suspended due to the fact that they said there weren't enough credit on the account when they deducted the annual line rental. We phoned them and was told that we can recharge and the line would become active again, but trying to do so the line would not recharge. We had to drive 90km to Port Elizabeth to go to the store since we were told we needed to get a new Sim card for the phone. At PE my mother was told that the line could not be reactivated and were told there's nothing they could do about it and that she had to call the telkom call center to get her money back that she spent on the recharge voucher. Since it is impossible to call the telkom center from anything other than a landline, I went back there with my mother to try and sort things out. I was told that I could not enter the store with my mother since they only allowed 1 person in at a time. My mom is 77 and struggles with technology. I could see her struggling inside the shop where they eventually just left her to speak to a call center operator. She was struggling to write down info that was given to her since she had just one free hand, and I was still not allowed to assist her, even though there were no other customers within 5 meters of her. The arrogance and incompetence of the staff was staggering, and there was absolutely no effort made to try and keep her as a client. Their answer to everything was simply: "sorry, that's just the way it is and there's nothing we can do about it" I've always known that telkom sucked at customer service, but this was a new low for even them
I bought a new 26L Gmc dehumidifier for my home. The dehumidifier works very well, and when Gmc informed me by email that there was some demo models available at a reduced price I bought two more. Unfortunately there was a fault on one of the units, but Mari from Gmc immediately replied to my email when I contacted them about the issue. I also had a slight issue with the first unit I bought in that the plastic was vibrating. Mari replaced both units without questions or hesitation, and kept me updated with emails before they were sent out. The two units that came were a new unit for the vibrating one I sent back, and another demo unit for the demo one I sent back. Unfortunately the demo replacement also vibrated, and this time Mari said she will simply replace it with a brand new unit. The unit came yesterday and I can't be happier. I'd expect this level of service in Japan, not in SA. As far as I know, Gmc is a local company that manufactures their products locally, and they have a great track record from what I've read. The rattling plastic on these units is something they might look into, but for their fantastic service I give them 5 stars and will gladly do business with them again. The new dehumidifiers works great and I'm finally able to have a low level moisture environment in my house and work room. Thanks Mari and Gmc for a great product and even better service
I contacted the company to sell some items on their auctions after which they picked up the goods from my house. The goods were loaded carelessly in a truck where it wasn't even secured. That should've been the first sign not to deal with this company.<br> I then waited for the goods to be sold, and after waiting for quite some time I contacted Ant, the person I dealt with, to find out what was happening. He then sent me some invoices for the goods that was sold, but it was for the wrong person. After clearing up who I was he sent me the new invoices, but all my goods weren't listed on there. I emailed many queries about this issue to them but got no response. Whatsapp messages were also ignored. Only after I phoned several times he told me that everything was sold and that goods were sold together as lots even though those things were valuable items. He's response was simply that it was worth little or nothing on the auction. I asked why the items weren't listed, and he just said it was sold as lots, so there's really no way for me to know if it was actually sold, or if someone simply took it home. <br> Do not deal with this company if you want any reasonable price for your goods.
