I deposited using 1 voucher but the account was not credited, I reported this 3 days ago but I have not received an feedback till now
On Thursday 28 November 2024 I was playing on roulette, Total bet on the spin was R360, bet on number 20 was R28. The ball landed on number 20, but I did not get my winnings, I reported and was told to wait for 24 hours for feedback. While waiting for feedback, I played again same game on 29 November 2024 and total bet was R60, bet on number 34 specifically was R4, the ball landed on number 34 but again I did not get my winnings. I reported and I'm told to wait 24 hours again, now this is very frustrating as there is no delay like this to take our money when we lose
A driver from dpd laser was delivering my parcel, I had canceled my whole morning errands to receive the delivery. My brother took an Uber to checkers fourways which costed R80 return to buy snow ***** at checkers fourways, the snow ***** are rotten green stuff all over them. We called checkers and they say we should Uber again spend R80 return to get R15 refund we asked that they atleast deliver the snow ***** since it their mistake but they refused and said we should tell them when we have the money to come get the refund.
I recently opened an account with edgers, I made two purchases with the card when i went to edgers waterfront of which was my third purchase the manager Mr. Grahakeem Brenner (VM Manager), waited for me at the till and when it was my turn he asked for my card and took it to he's office. I waited for about 10 minutes with no explanation of what was happening, the manager came back and asked me to fetch my ID book, still with no explanation. I came back with my ID book but they did not use my ID book and the same manager was there, I then asked why did I have to go all the way to fetch my ID if they did not need it " I was told they do not know why the manager wanted that ID" that manager treated me like a criminal and told his staff he was smelling fraud that why he asked for my ID.
On 20 April 2016 (Wednesday) i Went to buy a wacky Wednesday at steers Braamfontein branch, when i got there i was the only person at the shop but i had to wait about 30 minutes to get my order. When people who came after me were getting their orders, while i was still waiting, a boy came in to change a burger that he just bought because the roll was old, it had green staff which were very disgusting. I was surprised that the manager did not even apologize to the boy she just changed his burger and that was it, then when i got to my office with my burger, mine was also old it had the same disgusting things on top then i went back to change it when i got there, there was a girl wanting to change her burger too because of the same reason as mine, worse part as if we were wrong the manager gave us attitude and gave me my money back
