Literally infested bags of sealed macaroni, far from the expiration date. I feed this to my children. This is disgusting.
Bought fattis and monis pasta and it has little bugs in. This is digusting. The bags were sealed and far from expiration.
I was so excited to move to Bonitas but it has been over a month and my application has still not been processed. You promise a 48hour turnaround but I have been without cover for over a month. This is very poor service, everytime I call it is a new reference number and the call centre can't find a trace of my previous reference number. No one responds to emails and my queries are never rep**** to.
I ordered toddler room bed and cubbies on the 23rd of December. I immediately paid the 75% deposit of R7000 and paid the outstanding R3000 on the 8th of Feb. By the 20th of March I still had not received my order despite the owners promising me it had been shipped on 5 different occasions, even sending me **** photos of my order on a truck. I never received tracking details. By 20 March I decided to cut my losses and asked for a refund so we could part ways. Dewald’s wife phoned me and swore at me, she called me a ****ing dumb Durban **** and many things I cannot even type here. She yelled at me that the only solution was for me to collect my order in Boksburg and get it to Durban myself. She promised to refund my delivery fee the next day. It is 7 April and I still haven’t recieved my refund and therefore I cannot ship my things to Durban. My toddler didn’t receive her birthday gift and still has no bed because of this. My biggest issue is the amount of lies and false promises and Hanli’s absolute trailer park language. I have never experienced anything like this and I urge everyone to steer clear of this company.

Been on hold for 45min trying to block a stolen phone.
I called in June to cancel a router contract because it was stolen. She said I cannot cancel because there will be a big cancellation fee so she suspended the Sim card but I still PAY R500 every month for it. Then she said she will cancel the contract when it ends. She did not do this. Telkom is now loading prepaid 20GB data on a suspended number. How the hell does this even make sense?! It is suspended. Why are you loading data on it. And now I cancel it and she tells me I will still pay this month and next month.
On Tuesday I phoned telkom. Was on hold for 40 minutes. The operator said she cancelled my router and I would get an sms in 24hours. Still no sms.
So we thiught it woukd be nice to get some dessert on the app. Our dekivery time has increased by 1hour. First it said 19h10...19h20...19h30 and finally 19h55...we phoned the restaurant only to find out our food is ready and the driver has not pitched d up. Ubers online chat system is not at all helpful
