I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Europa Art Century City. I purchased a pair of navy work shoes on 15 February 2025 for R3,192—only to discover after one wear that the gold buckle detail was coming loose and the glue work was clearly defective. I returned the shoes on 21 February 2025 with proof of purchase and photos clearly showing the poor workmanship. Instead of offering a refund (as per the Consumer Protection Act), they proceeded to "repair" the shoes without my consent, then claimed it was not a defect but “part of the design.” After nearly month of silence, I followed up myself, only to be shown a substandard “repair” that didn't fix the problem. Despite the shoes being worn only once, the store refuses to refund me and claims the defect is "normal". I requested: A refund (which I am legally entitled to) A repair report The name and qualifications of the person who inspected the shoes Their own terms even mention that defective items can be returned with proof—yet they refuse to take accountability. This is not what I expect from a premium brand. If you're considering shopping at Europa Art, be warned: they do not stand by the quality of their products, and should something go wrong, you may be stuck with faulty goods and no proper customer support. This is unacceptable for a brand of their supposed calibre. I would like to commend Zoe Shai and Pindiwe for there excellent customer service which I received today, and this been said shen the store was already closed. They had all the patience and was extremely friendly not once giving the impression that they wanted to leave. Ladies keep up the excellent customer service that is why shopper will always come back Happy customer 😁 A job well done!!!
I contacted Pea**** glass for quotes regarding my bathroom mirror and shower panel installation, with no delays or hesitation he gladly provided me with prices and the cost, he also sent out his guys who were extremely friendly and helpful when they came to take the measurements, Lee Nelson was extremely friendly and helpful with every question I had and always made sure he returned my call when needed. Keep up the fantastic work you and your guys are doing it doesn't go unnoticed! A very happy client, will definitely be using you again.
I am extremely disgusted by how the security staff are trained at stallion security/Nike as i was denied access into the Nike factory store Access Park Bellville today at 16:50 by the security guard called Mr. Nyati who claimed that the closing hours of the store is at 16:30 when the signage clearly state operating hours 9am to 5pm. Mr. Nyati the security guard clearly stated that the doors are shut at 16:30 as the staff still has things to do after my debate that i was in time before 5pm! Either his getting instruction from the Nike staff to shut the doors early and chase away the customers or the website and signage is incorrect. I also called one of the Nike stores early the day to confirm this before driving from my home which is situated in Cape Town CBD as i knock off at 16:00 which also confirmed that Nike factory in Bellville closes at 17:00, I drove all the way wasting my fuel to be told a lie that the store closes at 16:30. If this unethical behavior is being encouraged at the Nike store, this really speaks to the values and how staff are trained. This is such a disappointment as i drove all the way and could not get the gift i needed to for my daughter's birthday due to Nike access park Bellville! For a security company to portray such values are pathetic, they are there to protect but clearly they do not care but turn away customer with their unethical behavior! He did not even suggest to call the manager as this is all planned on a daily basis to close the doors early. This is a disgrace and horrifying customer service!

Firstly I would like to commend cartrack for the remarkable service received! Our vehicle was hijacked 10th January 2021 @ 7:50 and was recovered in approximately 1 and a half hours later with no damage to it. I must admit that the service received from the minute I reported the vehicle hijacked till it was recovered was phenomenal, i was kept informed by the contact agent every 30 minutes to changes which took place and was updated all the time, when the vehicle was recovered they requested to collect the spare keys from me which was another blow away as i did not expect that kind of service, job well done!!! When we got to the scene David Strauss and Ruan Goosen was on the scene guarding the vehicle that no damage or harm occurs while the police removes the vehicle from the scene, they were extremely professional and advised me what processes would follow but most of all they made myself and husband feel extremely safe as we were in a dangerous area, these guys are a true asset to the company and did an brilliant job by recovering the vehicle speedily and keeping it safe. This remarkable service will take the company very far and I will definitely refer you to family and friends any day. Keep up the excellent, professional and good work. Happy client :-)
I am a loyal customer of Pick n Pay for many years now and today 19th Aug i received very unfriendly, rude, and unprofessional level of service from a cashier and manager at the N1 city Pick n pay store. I visited your Pick n pay store 14 August 2018 and received a brand match voucher as i purchased goods at Pick N pay Parow family store where i received outstanding, friendly service by the cashier and packing staff. As i paid for my goods the 19th august, i then provided Lulama the cashier with my slip to redeem my voucher of my next purchase, she then battled to get the voucher through as it was giving an error saying invalid voucher response, she then called the manager Anele who checked the transaction and advised that the voucher was already used with a attitude! I informed her that it could not be as this was my first redemption of this voucher and i asked her if she cant check from her side, she gave me even more attitude and said that i need to go sort it out myself by the information counter and go complain there without validating that the voucher has been redeem as she just made her own assumptions, as a manager she could have taken my smart shopper card and gone the extra mile to investigate what has happend but no her attitude and throwing her weight around was more important all this while i needed pay for my goods and the queue pilling up behind me. As a manager this is horrifically disgusting behavior infront of staff and customers waiting to pay as they standing behind me. I asked her again why should i go there and if she cannot assist as she's the manager and she bluntly refused. I have had 2 incidents at this PnP namely N1 city branch, where i was sold expired cheese and still waiting an response from one of the managers to call me back regarding that, second incident, the rolls i purchased was molded but yet again i keep on going back hoping things would change! Clearly some where something is not right, this should be investigated that certain managers are getting away with ****** and not doing there jobs to improve the quality of the items being sold and level of service at Pick n Pay n1 city. My experience above is a clear example as Anele as she had not showed any leadership s****s infront of her staff by giving me attitude and speaking to a customer in a "*****y tone"! Im shocked by the level of service received and what i have experienced by both staff Anele and Lulama. If this is how N1 City Pick n pay train cashier and managers to treat their customers i will never set foot there again and will spread the word to family and friends not to shop at PICK N PAY N1 CITY! DISGUSTED!!!
