Worst service I have ever Had in my life from Innovation Group. My Fiat had a broke town had to be towed to a Fiat branch. Long story short Innovation Refused to give authorization for a Curtosy car and Refused to pay for my car even though it is still under warranty. After 3 days of numerous calls and fights Innovation loaded my car as Diesel and not Petrol. They made the mistake. Still no apology no curtosy car no nothing. I will not leave this here!
Talisman Rustenburg is the worst worst place ever. Customer service is absolutely pathetic to say the least. I use to hire allot from them untill broken equipment was given to me, then they have the odasity to hand me over for R350 that I refused to pay for broken equipment. The staff there screams and shouts on you and they treat you like ****. Never in my life will I recomend Talisman Hire Rustenburg. You should be ashamed of yourself treating customers like this.
LoansnUnl just took R500 of my account which I did not even give consent to!!!!! I dont even know who they are. I want my money back today or I will sue them! This is utter bull****!! You are a buch of ruthless thieves I dont even know where you got my details from. I am so ****ed about this!!!
Pathetic service, dont make booking because it is a big issue. Dont keep by bookings dont keep by word, give broken or not working materials. Will not recomend Talisman for anybody again. Had so many issues with Talisman Rustenburg, behond gatvol!!!
So my brand new labtop has been at vodacom since november 2017, came back with a "repaired" ram which was never repaired and came back in worse condition than it was send in. I am waiting for a new labtop for 2 weeks now and still no answer. I am taking further steps towards vodacom if I do not have a answer by tommorow morning. I will sue vodacom for a lost of income as my labtop is my income!!!!!! Im ****ed off behond ****ed of service is PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!
My brand new labtop has been sent in for ram repairs as the ram is broken. I will not except a brand new labtop thats ram is broken or faulty I as a customer demand a new labtop. Vodacom better call me! ****ed off behond words!!!!
Got a brand new red pavilion labtop in August at the vodacom shop in the waterfall mall rustenburg. Not even a month past when the dvd player did not work, the sound did not work, and it shuts down by itself for no reason. Im other words its not working! Took it back they send it for updates, still not working. Took ot back again, been told a long story that it has to be send in for repairs and and and.... I demand a new one as obviously its not working like n new one should! The staff there are extremely rude and non helpfull. Disgrace vodacom.
My wife logged a windscreen claim 4 days ago still no response, I am going to cancel the insurance tommorow if the windscreen is not replaced! We pay a **** load of money for insurance every month and this is the service we get! Utter lies and bull**** when they sell insurance, auto and general should close!!! ****ed off behond!!!!!
Car was send in for canbelt replacement in December 2016, which was just under R12000. Invoice included a 10000km or one year service guarantee on the canbelt. in July 2017 les than 6000km the canbelt broke again, we towed the car in ourselves and promises were made that they will fix it asap without any costs from our side if the supplier supplies the parts. We only received the specialist report on the 10/08/2017. It is now the 12/09/2017 and promises still not made, keep on telling us stories and that we have tp pay R5600 for the canbelt even after the report from Autoba which cleary states I quote "The nature of the damage characteristics exhibited by the timing belt suggests that INCORRECT PRACTISE was deployed in the replacement and/or installation of the associated componentry onto subject engine. Seperation of belt teeth from the timimg belt construction is normally attributed to one or a combination of the following conditions, not being limited to." Two months later the car is still not fixed because nobody at G tech wants to take responsibility. The owner is also never available to speak to, now we want to get the car away there for a second opinion in Johannesburg, but we must pay R2200.00 before car can be released. This is totally unprofessional and I refuse to pay for a mistake which was not my fault. I will take this matter further and I will never refer anyone to this company. Promises promises and no delivering or honourable answers, lies, lies and more lies every time!!!!
