How long does it take for you guys to pay out monies, I've been waiting from the 8th of May for my Provident fund even now

I'm so disappointed,I sent my withdrawal forms to mmangwedi.mphulo@affinityhealth.co.za,which is the HR department to receive my fund at Alexander Forbes,it's been two month still nothing,I've called,sent emails but nothing,how long do I have to wait
