MISLEADING COMPANY WITH REGARDS TO WRONG PRICING AS ADVERTISED
Not at all happy with their service.., I was looking on their site for a cordless drill and came across a WURTH drill advertised for R0.00.... I then added it to my basket and paid the delivery fee.... It is in no way my fault that such a large franchise cannot run their website properly as I was called this morning and informed that the item that I "purchased" was a ****** item and was seized by the police and somebody forgot to remove it off the website...I call bull**** on that reason... SOMEBODY did not price the item correctly... I was then told I will be refunded the delivery fee... It is not the first time dealing with this franchise with regards to issues as previously i purchased a cordless drill that was supposed to be in working condition and was informed the next morning that the drill was not working as it had been on charge all night and didnt work, i did take the drill as i had another for spares and they offered me cheap drill bits as a consolation.... i will keep an eye out on the website if they relist the drill they say that was seized for being ******.

Pangea.app a scam company
Received unauthorized debits off my credit card. Emailed the company in the reference number and was told that it was not them and somebody else charged me and used their details. They also gave me a link that has a video from their "co-founder" that says the same. Its easy for a person to create a fake company and charge you and say it was not them..coming is only recently created.

Takealot.com...Striving for customer satisfaction!
I purchased a neck massager from one of the stores listed on the takealot.com site, and after a few weeks of use, the gears got worn out... i then returned the item with no hassle and shortly after returning, the item was reviewed and I then received my credit refund... great service from Takealot, no wonder they are the leaders in online shopping!

Wish.com, faster and better service
Fast service now that they are working with SAPO, ordered online and in less than 2 weeks it's at the local Post Office compared to before where it will take 3 months to arrive
