ODD HARD OBJECTS FOUND IN PIZZA!!! Ordered a Messico pizza this evening. Took a bite and found this hard stick in my pizza!!! Please can I get a response to this! (I know you guys never respond to bad comments!!!) but try be professional!
This email was sent on the 2/4/25 and still no response!!! I’m literally on a treadmill that shocks you if you touch the screen right now!!! Pathetic service with arrogant managers that could care less! Hi, This is a long overdue mail. My partner and I have been with Planet Fitness "SIGNATURE" Bedfordview since last year Jan/Feb. Now, I know that equipment needs fixing and so on but the equipment at this gym is horrid. Most of the running machines (touch screens) don't work. The ones that do, shock you (Which I advised the reception of last year, and nothing was done), they stop randomly because of some issue of something not being connected or the raise function is non-functional.. Today, I had the pleasure of going from machine to machine, trying to find one that worked! (I went to 5) And climbed on one and used the raise function, tried to lower it and what do you know, it malfunctioned. (This has been happening since early last year) Some of these issues are also on the other machines like the elliptical machines and bikes. And the track! There is a leak from the roof that causes a huge puddle on the track.... Really? Most of the machines are dirty, the mats are always dirty. We are at a "SIGNATURE" gym, yet it feels like we are in a cheap motel gym! Besides the fact that I requested my contract copy from the gym last year already and still to this date I have not received it. Our gym fees went up this Jan - do you think it's fair that we struggle in your gym and have to pay for it????????? Usually we have such a pleasant experience u til today. We will ordered their 500g Beef Lasagna. It looks tiny so we weighed it. It’s just over 400grams including packing!!! We called them and asked them to rectify this by replacing it with a 500g (as stated on website) or money back! The “manager” (Juliette - I think) was so rude, had no skills in dealing with issues. Rather telling us it is like that and then refusing to give us the owners details!! Absolutely disgusted in the customer service! Rossa, we may not make or break your business, but you’ve lost us! So sad! Not in the mood to hear excuses, if it cooks away to 400grams, then state that on your site as a 400g beef lasagna!
Sho, where do I begin! We bought a couch last year November! Less than a month later we got hold of them to say we weren’t happy due us sitting on wooden bars (the cushions were terrible and pathetic) no real help was offered!! Eventually I go ahold of them and again, nothing came from it until I posted reviews! The warehouse manager (I think) Karen (from head office) got in touch with me to resolve this issue! They fetched the couches and of course, we were without couches for a while! I explained the issue and she even said they stopped using that specific supplier or material as it was no good! I gave them suggestions on how to fix the issue! We then got our couches back and they decided to stuff the **** out of them with cheap white fluff! The couches came back in a semi good condition! Wishing two weeks, we were back to the same problem but now the zips are broken and fluff vomiting out of the cushions!!! Told them I want a refund as I’m over it!!! I saved money to buy a couch and I feel they stole it from me and gave me a cheap, ****py, unusable couch!!! Karen has not reached out to me! I do not recommend buying any products as they are cheaply made, unusable and you will get absolutely no service!! STAY AWAY!!!!
If I could, I would give no stars. STAY AWAY FROM THEM and rather take the time to go to ProScan. Diagnostic Radiology overcharges people for scans, MRI's, etc. I was quoted around R16K for an MRI and when my doctor told me about ProScan, I told them I'd rather leave. They then came back with a quote of R9k!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had already done 2 or three MRIs with them!! How can they be overcharging like this!!! They depleted my medical aid, I had to take loans to pay for all this to only find out they doing daylight *******!!!!!!!!! DISGUSTING HUMAN BEINGS TRYING MAKE MONEY OFF SICK PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE. RATHER GO TO PROSCAN!!!!!!!!!!!! And now they want me to pay a bill but don't have the decency to respond to emails. This bill is the cause of their negligence!!!
What a disgusting experience i had. I ordered the Alfredo take away, it was the blandest and ugliest thing i have tasted! I ordered extra bacon, chicken and feta. Firstly, you couldn't tell the ham apart from the bacon and to be honest i couldn't even taste bacon in it (I strongly feel that they just added more ham) Secondly, the amount of ham in this dish is overboard and disgusting. More than half the dish was ham. Barely any pasta. The ham was in chunks - reminded me of dog food!! Thirdly, when i emailed them to tell them, they decided to only ask me the next day after the dish was thrown out if they could have the dish to investigate!!!! Who in their right mind would keep a dish that aweful overnight? To only be told in short that my complaint is null and void as their supplier says nothing was wrong with the batch........ I paid over R100.00 for the ****tiest dish! I dont care about getting back, but the SERVICE, QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!! PIZZA PERFECT is the worst place to get pasta from, its prepacked, frozen and they dont care what the PAYING CUSTOMER has to say!!!!
My car was towed to Hyundai East Rand Boksburg last week Thursday. I was told I could get my car on Tuesday. When I called (please note that I called them) I was told the part that was ordered came late so I would not be able to get my car. Also note that I have a 8 month old baby and working 2 jobs. I called them today as I am meant to have my car by 12 which I organised a sitter until as well. I was told they found a new problem and need to order parts and no way am I getting my car by 12. For the 2nd time I have made arrangements paid a sitter and made work arrangements around and now I'm *****ed!!! I spoke to the dealer principle who couldnt care less and just note I'm pain R9500. 00. I'm a PAYING CUSTOMER who has no voice in this situation as small as it seems. I'm out of pocket from getting sitters, uber, and missing work and they don't give a ****!!! If they did their job like they meant to and actually cared it would be a different story. R9500. 00 AND THEY DON'T CARE. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER.
<p>On Tuesday evening i ordered a pizza from Domino's - nothing fancy!! at 06:02pm - the delivery guy casually rocked up at 19:38!! with cold pizza!!! i sent them a email right after and do you think that they even care how bad there service is?????????? TOTALLY DISSAPPOINTED and waste of money</p>
I had a horrible experience with the Eastgate Sterkinekor. Dealing with a lady by the name of *Nthabiseng* who insinuated I was lying, her tone couldn't care less about the customer and who just had attitude, that is not how a CUSTOMER should be spoken to. On top of that I have proof of emails, phone calls for almost a month going to ster-kinekor themselves and the Eastgate branch, no one could help and I got the complete feeling they did not care AT ALL!!! I eventually got hold of the "regional heads" Mail, huh no response. I called him , left a message and sent 2 x emails, nothing. His name is SANJAY RUGBEER and another 2gentleman were cc'd on the mails, jabulilen@sterkinekor.com and kgaugelom@sterkinekor.com!! The feeling I get from STER-KINEKOR is that THEY DO NOT CARE about CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I am tired of these big companies that take all our money, and when we the customer have a problem they just don't care - money was already made so why should they bother!!!!!
