The Good Chef opened in my area. The best Chinese food with constant quality. The quality is excellent, the portions are large. I am not crazy about Sushi, but my family is hooked on their Sushi. It makes it so much better when we have the Covid restrictions to be able to enjoy take away food. I give them #WIN
Had a problem with EVO-D gate system. Phoned Centurion and spoke to technician. He understood well my problems and gave me a solution. It worked 100%. This is not the first time I got excellent service from Centurion. They are knowledgeable and helpful.
Just returned from visit to Kruger park. Last year we exited the park at Orpen gate. Tried to check my tires pressure, but the compressor didn't work. Now we exited again at Orpen gate and this time the compressor worked but the pressure gauge did not. No maintenance. Why are they wasting money in signs inside the park "Thank you for choosing TOTAL". There are no other petrol stations in the park.
Last year I obtained our Flu vaccine from Clicks Clear Water. This year I received SMS that the flu vaccine is now available. I took my iced bag to collect for me and my wife. As I entered the shop there is a big poster: "Flu vaccine is now available". At the counter I asked for the two vaccines, producing my Medical aid card. "Sorry, the nurse is not here" was the answer. I said that I don't need the nurse. "She keeps the vaccines" was the reply. I received a shoulder shrug and when asked another employee at their office got second shoulder shrug. This was my second time bad experience at this branch. Untrained and not interested staff.
My wife just lost the small ***** in the hinge of her glasses. I went to Hillfox and was pleasantly surprised. Michael have fixed it in no time, without any questions. Thanks.
My wife suspected that her data and airtime is being continuously deducted and started to log her PAYG credit. Recently she noticed an airtime deduction of R70, whereas this should be only around R25. I contacted MTN and got the usual excuses of "the system is rebooting ... I visited twice the MTN at Clearwater, both times without success. They could not told me what is the call charge on PAYG. To top it all the consultant had on both occasions had her mask hanging below her chin. Gross incompetence.
Don't remember when I was charged at the till the price displayed on the shelves. It most of the time higher than the shelf price. Now they added more "management has asked us" at the till. Although not a pensioners day they asked if I have builders card. Because I said yes there is extra slip to sign, yet the price went from R 85 on the shelve to R 90 at the till. They checked and found I was right. I don't trust Builders Warehouse.
Recently my Mecer tabled died on me. I purchased it from Takelot, but it is guaranteed by Mustek. I was told to bring it for evaluation. The process was professional and friendly. After a week they called me that it is ready for collection. At the collection it was again handled professionally and friendly. They fulfilled their obligation of guarantee.
This company installs also the car Tracking devices for Netstar. They provided me with excellent service and fixed all the mess caused by Netstar accounts.
Recently I was notified that my contract is for renewal and new type of transmitter needs to be installed - free of charge. I took the first car to do so. I received my new Invoice, which was complete mess. I returned the invoice back and paid my normal monthly amount. I received no reply from Netstar and followed up with a phone call. I got all the usual "we apologize for the inconvenience" and nothing happened. Now I took my second car for the free upgrade and just before that received my monthly invoice which shows the first car twice! I was about to say good by to Netstar, but decided to visit the fitment Company DVM TRACKING &CELLULAR SERVICES at Ontdekkers road. The lady at the office was very helpful and knowledgeable. She sorted the Netstar mess. It was a pleasure to speak to her. They installed the upgraded unit without any problems. Now I wait for Netstar to send me some crazy invoice, which I will ignore and pay the correct amount. The Netstar accounts are always a mess and now they even have an excuse of COVID-19. I have stopped wondering about the antennas searching for intelligent life facing away from the Earth.
