I have been struggling to cancel items on my account for months.I am put through from one department to another but nobody seems to take responsibility.I am going to cancel my account if this proceeds.
I ordered and paid for items 28 Febr.2025. It was supposed to be delivered by Aramex. According to their website it would have been delivered by 6 March 2025. Today is 10 March 2025. I have phoned Aramex and Ciovita to bring it under their attention. Waiting,waiting.....

I have been waiting more than a week for Beame (Mix Telematics) to make contact with me regarding an installation. I ordered a stove via Takealot. I requested a return as it had been damaged on the one corner. Takelot referred me to Defy.Defy referred me to Takealot. I received the stove as a returned item today.Now the sove is even MORE damaged.On all four corners! I am still waiting for a response!!
I ordered a Defy Stove from takealot. It was delivered with physical damage. Takelot reckons I must contact Defy as this is a warranty issue. I contacted Defy. They refer me back to Takelot as this is not a warranty issue! I am going nowhere with this!!
