Over a year ago I bought a large quantity of gold and specifically told their representative I wanted two names on the account. We provided all the necessary documentation The products were purchased and put into safe storage. About a year later I asked for a confirmation of my purchase and was sent totally different details that were arguably very incorrect. I have all the email proof. So now I call that same representative and tell them the problem. The next thing I know is there sending me withdrawal papers to get it out of safe custody which is not what we even talked about. I just wanted the correct information put on the account. I spoke with one woman about a month ago who said she would handle it I have heard nothing since. I called today to speak with the manager Sandra and was assured Sandra would call me back. Obviously no return call was ever made to me. I called 6 times the manager still never called me back. So I would caution anybody using scorn in Sandton City. They're after sales service is atrocious and I have started utilizing another company!

I awoke to NO WATER. They didn't notify any of the tenants OR have a backup plan. They have a bore hole, but pump was broken, so no plan B (no management) You can't wash, use the toilet and all I got from reception when I left early, was the classic Eish Sorry. I asked for the manager to call, never did. I then called the general manager and he said " This is Africa, you have to expect things like this." I travel all over the world (currently in Hawaii) and I was never treated with such distain. When I was on T V I did mention all of this. POOR MANAGEMENT!!!
The soup was heavily over salted and most of the ingriedients were not in there. Basically Chicken and some mushrooms. PLUS the container was not quite half full. The main course (The Basil stir fry) was tasteless and had 3 small pieces of basil in it. This food was not worth any money I paid. I know who is in the kitchen and they are terrible! This is the 2nd dinner I tried from this restaurant and the 1st one was 3 star. BUT, I felt like giving them a second chance.THERE WILL BE NO THIRD. Don't waste your money and they will be out of business within a year. I frequent restaurants and this was not even one star.
My new electric meter is not sending the data for accurate billing purposes. I have contacted them 8X now and still inept and very poor service. This is what happens when you have a monopoly and employee's who just don't care about their jobs
I believe I am a victim of fraud with this "vitality" programme. I have made 8 calls and all I get is excuses and then NO ONE CALLS BACK AFTER I PUSH THE ISSUE. So as a personal financial trainer and director, I would warn other people that you may be getting charged for something you never initially signed up for and when you question them they go silent. In my opinion this is FRAUD I have contacted the FSCA BUT they say they cannot help. BE WARY SOUTH AFRICA
I went in there with a coupon I got a day earlier for a free piece of chicken and biscuit. The lady behind the counter (doing the chips) had a bad attitude and said we don't have biscuits. I said can you put a couple chips instead? NO !!! I said c'mon I am giving it to a homeless guy. She said No we don't offer biscuits. I said how did I get this coupon emailed yesterday? Manager please-- Here comes Linda I said if you don't have a biscuit, can you please put in a few chips? It's going to a homeless guy he said "We have not had biscuits for a while now." I asked for a coupe chips as a replacement he said No! I asked how do they give out free things that don't exist?? So this is what Popeye's says when it comes to helping the less fortunate. People skills. I would terminate. You get what you pay for. As an American I see what they are doing to a great franchise.

I bought a recliner and it hurt my back and I had to go to the Chiro R 550. So I take it back the next day and she says I can't bring it back. She says it's a floor model. I stated NO WHERE does it state that. After arguing with me She spoke to Cornell who said they would charge me 10% fee to return when it says on the wall 5 % She just kept making up excuses that were not mentioned anywhere. I am stopping my payment and suing for unlawful sales practices. She was just rambling things to get me not to return it?? Incoherent things that she makes up.
I tried to ask them about their math If a 1GB is R 99 and a 3 GB is R 229 ( no 2 GB listed) The average is R R 152 for 2 GB. So when they say that you receive a 25% discount on the 2 GB @ R 131 how can that be when 2 GB is R 152 X -25%= R 114. So what do they do? They put me to 4 different departments that say it's not their department. I guess you get what you pay for when it comes to a job at Vodacom. Quite sad.
