Bolt drivers in cahoots with private taxis at CT Airport..... bolt driver refuses to take you at the app rate... leaves you stranded with no option but the private guys.. late night flights be wary
Advertised free certified online marketing course. However you are only issued a certificate when you pay R499. The registration process is online and requires you to give your credit card details, with a message that you can cancel at any time. However cancelling cant be done online, you have to call a number to cancel. They have not replied to my tweet and delete my facebook comments
<p>I ported my number to telkom mobile on 9 Nov. Iwas told that the port will be effective on that evening at 7 or the following day. This morning the port still had not been effected. I call ed your call centre and was told that the sim was not recorded on my profile... I then went to your gateway store (where I had done the sim swop). The manager, Imtiaz tried to assist, but now I got wait another 48 hours... REally. </p> <p>however while waiting for Imtiaz, a consultant (known to Imtiaz) became confrontational with me, because another customer and myself were discussing the poor customer service of your organisation. In muy view he acted very unprofessionally and should not be in a frontline position.</p>
<p>I have a pre paid cell c service. On numerous occassion, even though I have a positive balalnce, when I attempt to make a call i get a voice recording saying that I need to recharge my account.</p> <p>I have on a few occassions complained to cell c via there call centre. I have received no feedback from them. I asked for their head office number to call the person handling customer service and was given a number that doesnt exist.</p> <p>My question.... why have a pre paid account when you are asked to recharge when you need to make a call.</p> <p>I have been pushed from dept to dept and have not had a resolution to my problem.</p> <p>It seems that Cell C doesnt value customer.... </p>
I took out a 24 month contract with glocell. I received the handset without the sim card.I tried calling them but was put on hold for extended periods of time (however when I selected the "new contract/upgrade" option my call was promptly answered, but they transfer ed me and I got put on hold again) I then messaged glocell via their website outlining my challenge. I received a prompt response from them saying that due to high call volumes they are unable to take my call, however a consultant will be in touch with me. This was on thursday 28 April 2016 at 4:36pm. To date I have had no response from Glocell.... call volumes must be very high :-)
