The cell c contact centre is just about as help ful as a torn plastic bag. My sim card got damaged, dont know how but **** happens. So I went to pep today bought a new cell c sim card paid and rica. The sales lady showed me the number to phone on how to do a sim swop. I phone the most rudest lady i have ever spoken to in my life but okay She asks questions I said to her i dont understand and could not hear her properly, anycase she fialed my security check because excuse me I dont remember when i recharge with what and who i phoned last I DONT HAVE A PHONE AND CANT SEE WHEN LAST I PHONED AND WHO HECK IF YOU HAVE SUCH A GOOD MEMORY GOOD FOR YOU I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A PHONE FOR A SECOND DAY NOW I CANT REMEMBER SORRY I WAS IN AN ACCIDENT AND HAVE SHORT TERM MEMORY LOSS.
delivery seems to be an big issues on your side. you are the worst company to deal with everyday your delivery date changes. poor service poor attitude. just give my money back and keep your stoc****!!
So for a couple of years now I have been buying cash furniture at OK Furniture Da****rt Bougainville shopping centre. my first tick of came last year I spend nearly R 50 000 in cash for new furniture one item to be a new TV. The furniture where delivered. The TV stayed in the box until I could find an installer to put it up against the wall. When the installer came and we opened the box the TV had a huge crack in the corner. The store did not want to exchange the TV so i was stuck with a broken TV. This year I saw a chest freezer I decided to put a lay buy deposit on it till i came back with the full amount. During the course of last week I found a cheaper one somewhere else and bought it cash since OK didn't give me a contract on the purchase on a receipt on the payment I had made I was reluctant that the same thing is going to happen as with the TV. So yesterday I went in to cancel this layby first everybody is lazing around on the chairs no help finally the cashier Gertrude lifts her head and look at me as I where disturbing her sleep. I smiled said good morning showed her my receipt explained to her I want to cancel my layby. Gertrude ask for my contract I said the day I came in to pay the deposit the sales clerk said that there is no paper and she will print the contract on the day I pay my final instalment, the she told me she cannot cancel the deal because she doesn't have R 150 to return to me, then the apparently manger JOSEPH stepped in and said she doesn't have to give me back anything as they don't keep cash on the premises. I just wonder what do you do if a client comes to pay for goods and should get change. Suddenly they spoke in a different language and decided that they are not going to assist me. THIS IS BS I GOT STUCK WITH A BROKEN TV I DIDNT GET A COPY OF A CONTRACT OF A CHEST FREEZER I LAYBY AND NOW I CANT GET MY R 150 BACK BS BS BS!!!!
YOUR ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT REALLY NEED TO WAKE UP I AM CONSTANTLY SENDING PROOF OF PAYMENTS BUT TO DATE NOT ONE OF THE PAYMENTS I HAVE MADE REFLECTS ON MY ACCOUNT REALLY YOU GET SO MUCH MONEY FROM ME THAT IT JUST DOESNT MATTER TO YOU TO DEDUCT THE PAYMENTS GUESS WHAT IT MATTERS TO ME!!!!!

Lauren from DMC Capitec hand over bunch just contacted me. with an offer of 30% if i settle my account, okay I will bite give me information. firstly she tries and convince me that I owe the R 700 more then I really owe then. Then she tells me I owe them on this account nearly r200000 and if I will pay the account she will give me R362 discount though I know for a fact I only owe them R 1300 still and most of that is interest as they are refusing to look back at the account and see all the interest they have added unfairly
I needed urgent attention at a medical centre, broken shoulder. The dr's office staff said there is no funds available for the physio and a arm sling though this was urgently needed. But logging on too my profile on the self help site it showed i have an amount of R 3366 +/- available, when they phoned gems said no funds available for this treatment. So GEMS is misleading us by showing us available funds when there is not, and why the heck is there funds allocated for me as a women to have a male cercumsission and funds for my son to have birth control medical aids are misleading
OOOOH DIDNT THEY LOVE TO JUST HAND OUT CREDIT IN 2010 UPTO 2012. BUT DONT RETURN FOR ANY HELP. This is what happened to me. I had a small loan with Capitec in Jacaranda centre Pretoria, I didn't have a permanent job so I did not want to go higher. I went in for a reason, the manager told me that I had paid back my loans so well he is willing to give me a loan of nearly R 50 000. I could not afford this loan as my salary was only about R 4400 remember I was also paying off another loan with them, I showed him I letter that my contract will not be extended, he said not to worry they have insurance for this things he typed things into his computer and i received a loan whay over my affordability rate. Later on I went back showed him my final letter of contract ending he said that if I took out a loan for I think it was about R 3500 i pay it off that last month I come back he consolidates it and then put in a claim that I am no longer employed. That month my repayment was about R 8800 I didn't even earn that much or maybe just above that he never kept one of his promises till today I am struggeling to get that loans paid and Capitec jus shrug their shoulders no comment
HOW BAD IS THIS SERVICE THEY CELL PHONES THAT DONT WORK, THEN YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOUR WEEKS TO HAVE IT REPAIRED IT IS NOT THEIR PROBLEM THAT YOU ARE WITHOUT A PHONE NO MATTER THAT THEY SOLD YOU A POORLY DAMAGED PHONE SO FED UP WITH BAD SERVICE DELIVERY
A month ago I bought a hurricane ICON and COBRA so proud of cell c's services I motivated most of my family to move to cell c. **** **** PHONE. Don't you guys test the phones before putting them on the shelves I don't have time to wait for 4 weeks without a phone sort out you mess I NEED A WORKING PHONE
this people phone you with a promise of a loan. they take your banking details then tell ooh we going to deduct this money, when you say you not interested they drop the phone don't even have a single contact or document from them
