Filthy and unsafe bus stop
Algoa bus stop in Town Port Elizabeth is so filthy, there are hobos sleeping in the deppo where you are supposed to get on the bus. There are no security guards or cameras should something happen to the client.

Terence Gerber Orthopedics visit you in hospital after you've woken up from surgery. The lady then just puts compression socks on you and explains how to use them and leaves. A few months later I get a bill although the lady never said anything about a payment for these ,said compression socks , that I didn't even use because they are uncomfortable. They are basically ****ming new moms in the maternity wards.

Do not buy products at Game without testing in store.
I bought a product at Game , with a 2 year Garantee but they refused to refund it. A product that was sold faulty and I've never used it because it was broken. They forced to fix the product and are still giving me the run around.

House & Home sucks
I applied for credit at House & Home and after running around because they needed printed copies when after days after my application was successful I was told they had no stock. The customer service was the worst I've experienced at a Baywest mall.

I just phoned Vodacom customer service to cancel a line and this woman had me on the line for 20 min trying to talk me out of canceling my contract. I'm so sick of the lying consultants at this place .

Gems was just another corrupt plan that someone benefited from.
I had a operation done and gems only pays half of the cost . Considering the fact that we were forced to join Gems they should have been a better medical aid, instead it is ****.

I've been waiting in the q for over an hour and I was no 7 in the q this branch of Absa in Port Elizabeth Central Govan Mbeki us giving such slow service it's ridiculous to wait for more than an hour just to get a new bank card.

Worst customer service ever !
Direct axis did a unknown deduction from my bank account and cannot explain what it is for. I spoke to five different complaint agents and none helped me .They cost me 100 rand in airtime by putting me on hold constantly. I will not be taking a home lone from them as this is totally unacceptable.
