Bad service received from this company and their number doesnt go through. They promised to fix my credit profile and the guy who was helping me is McBerth Ngcobo who said after 3 days all will be well .Since then they are running away and l asked for my refund .They keep saying it was processed but l havent received the money .Stay away from them
Good Day On the 6th of June Rain took money from my 3 years old account and apparently the card was linked to my nephews account which he has not used for months .He did order for it to be cancelled and they didnt but the sim card as never worked since then .Been trying to get that R800 and something back for my daughter since the 6th and its the 21st today .I have made follow ups without any luck .Why are these scammers so arrogant though .What is difficult in bringing back that money .Can someone at Hello Peter help me get my daughters money back .Am sick and tired of waiting for them .They keep telling me they have escalated the call and since then nothing has been done .I need help.Rain network is a scam
Hello This company towed our car and told us the insurance had given a go ahead only to find that is not true .They towed the car last week Thursday to their site and made us pay 10k for the release .I see people are complaining about the same thing and they still continue .This is a rip off .OPlease help
Hello Disgusted at the service and lies these guys have .Yesterday my husband was involved in a car accident .These people pretended to have spoken to the insurance guys only to find its someone from their side .They forcefully towed our car and today we went to fetch the car only to be told to pay R10000 .It was just for one night .First for help is actually a scam .****** scammers .They lied and rob people of their hard earned money .Am disgusting
Good day Kindly assist me . We bought a Mecer invertor from Ellis in Doornfontein .It has been giving us issues from day one .We took it back for repairs at first and because it was taking time ,I had to fight for the product to be fixed quickly .The product was brought back and it was still faulty .We took it back again because it was not responding to the solar panels .Its been a month now and we still have not gotten it .My husband has made numerous visits to Ellis Electrical but they tell us stories either they cant find someone assisting that side or they are still busy with it .We had gone off grid and we haven't had electricity since that time and am wondering if we will ever get the invertor back .The only thing l want for Mecer and Ellis is my refund and nothing else as they have failed us and we are not happy.Please help me as l cant do this anymore .I have failed to get the product back and till now .This is causing too much frustration on me because they seem not be serious .My husband went back again and was told that the parts will arrive Friday but I don't trust it because its been many Fridays .Please help.
l am so pissed off at Multi Choice .Last month they debited R257 from my account and none of them know what it is for .Right now they debited R606 .L thought this was sorted out last month but they keep doing what they like on my account .I don't share my account with them .None of them is willing to answer my question and they must pray l don't go to their offices .It will be hot
