No telephone or bad telephone service
I have been trying to speak to a person via the telephone at Leroy Merlin for the past few hours. Only once in all this time did a person pick up, her name was Bianca. Bianca said she was unable to assist me with my query but that there were 4 gentlemen on the floor who could assist and either she or one of them would "call me right back". that was and hour and a half ago. I have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone teleponically since then. I really think the lease they can do is have a person answer their phones and have staff ready to assist customer with queries.

Agent calls me regarding job - promises to email job spec - then ignores me
<p>I was contacted by an agent of DAV last week regarding two positions. I was interested in the one position. She took my email address and said she would forward the job spec and we could then discuss it in more depth.</p> <p>I called her today to find out why I had not received the email and she said it was probably stuck in her outbox and that she would check and send it asap. I still have not received anything. I understand that the job market favours the employer but that does not give the agency the right to treat people with such disregard and disrespect.</p>

assist with online service
<p>I have been unable to access m online account for months. I have called MTN 3 times for assistance and each time I am promised that a technical person will call me back. I am still waiting.</p> <p>Today i have called again. A Year later & no results from legal dept
I have been dealing with the FFW legal dept for a year now re an accident I had in May (someone drove into the back of me). Legal is supposed to claim the repair cost & my access back from the person who caused the accident. It has now been handed over to attorneys. FFW havent even provided myself nor the attorneys with the Police report. They have made no effort to obtain any information on this case. All the information that FFW & the attorneys have on this case is what i have managed to trace myself. I have been lied to & misled for a year. The attitude of the people i have dealt with is one of disregard & uninterest. Needless to say i am no longer with them. I do however want my access back!
