Very disappointed with radiator coolant bottle i bought in Takealot and already leaking in less than a week, wasted my money. When I was trying to contact takealot and report the matter, no response or call back from Takealot.
I have never seen such poor customer service at Ok furniture stores from Zevenwacht Mall and Dutywa branch, I bought bed in October and on the 24th December still not in shop and when I ask for refund no cash in both shops. On the 24th I was told to come back around 1/2 although shops closing at 12:00. Both managers were unwilling to assist with arrogance and attitude. Dutywa took walk while I was inside the shop and came back after an hour. Now still no refund, no bed
Good day, I have been trying to contact Santam for my claim Maria Boer (Santam) and Dineo Mantjie refusing to take my calls or assist with my claim, 3rd party about to take legal actions because of delinquent useless Santam officials.
Good Day So dissatisfied with service from Webafrica and Vumatel. 3rd week now without internet service at home. I paid my internet on the 18 Aug and Webafrica yet to send work order to Vumatel for my internet activation, I have OVR number, proof of payment and ticket number. This is frustrating
I have requested vumatel and cool ideas to release my line on Cool Ideas and according to cool ideas line has been released but when the other ISP checking line is still active. Both Vumatel and cool ideas so pathetic sending back and forth, Now I don't have internet because of poor service from cool ideas. My request was simple asking for cancellation, get a better ISP.

Please avoid Cool ISP Ideas such a **** of ISP, no debt orders, 28 Days for R430 and poor service by call center agency. Now been days trying to cancel contract with them.
Good Day, I did an online purchase at Makro Online store and two items were delivered instead of three items.
I have never experienced such poor service in a SP, my fibre was disconnected due to nonpayment and i manage to pay on the following day via Easy Pay bank app. My internet is not reconnect till today, i called Cool Ideas connect department with useless agents keep on telling to provide proof of payment which I did provide. Cool Ideas blaming Vumatel and Vumatel saying his got nothing to do with payments. If possible, I'll advise anyone using Cool Ideas to look for better service provider before you experience my poor treatment, poor service, lack of communication. Both Vumatel and cool ideas such a nonsense
