Communication is non existant God forbid you need to claim what then? I have been attempting for more than a year to cancel pothole insurance .I want a refund and i want to cancel all insurance with this poor service provider.Seems **** they dont care.i only want to communicate via email as i dont trust them at all.I want everything in writing.

false advertising -their competiton reads spend R600 or more on fuel in a week at engen and you can enter a compettion .I put in in R500 and then R100 on the 11th of August 2025 at 07h21 at Monresa station in Boksburg and was refused an entry into the competition.The owner of the franchise even called the head office and they say it had to be R600 in one transaction.Legally their wording says R600 in one week making me qualify.

Harassment and rude staff. I have been receiving calls for a Tendani for more than a year up to 30 calls a month.I am not Tendani and when i ask to speak to a supervisor they drop the call.MBD also does not respond to emails sent to info and anthea@mbdgroup.com.when you call them they tell you it will take a minute to take the call and then they ask you to leave a message.
I sold an item Order 23666682 and was told that it payment would be available in 48 hours. I attempted to get paid at 08h30 but it was not loaded on time. I then had to call Bobshop to have the money released which was done manually , then when i attempted to request payment i had to verify my id.It did not work ,but 3 days ago i sent an email to communities email as instructed to verify my id and i had to call again and they then only responded to me email that was sent 3 days ago. Then when i was finally sorted after several call i asked for the payout and then was told that because it was after 0900 it was too late i will be paid on Tuesday due to their people and system not working .I am definitely closing my BOBSHOP account. The staff do not care and is not helpful at all. No wonder everybody is moving to Takealot.

Terrible service. I called to get info about my credit card account and was told my profile was blocked due to failed security questions on Tuesday. It was not me who failed the questions so someone attempted to access my profile and commit ***** and i was never contacted .I was given a case number and was told they would call on Wednesday ,surprise no one called.I then called on Thursday as no one called to unblock my profile.I was told that no one has looked at this case as yet.Two point of concern there are no supervisors at the call centre ,clients are not informed of ***** on their accounts.total breach of service.
The Sunward Park Boksburg branch service is truly poor and needs review. I purchased bricks and was sent to the back to collect ,upon arrival the security could not get any staff to help me .No one answered her when she called.I had to drive back and make a scene before i was helped. No manager on site on week ends and it shows. No manager =no accountability.
We paid our installments and we were promised a cash back bonus.They said in writing they would pay on 6 November ,no payment was made only after i asked about it they then move the date to 11 November ,what stops them from moving the dates again ?Also they have a policy where if they break a promise they pay the client R1000 ,00 they are also refusing to pay that .I wonder if they will even honor claims if they have a issue to pay out a small cash back bonus. This is clearly a breach of contract from this company.
