To all looking for new insurance. Please do not go for the cheaper option like King Price. I was extremely happy with the service I received from Mon Blank Insurance, I should have stayed with them. Had an accident and Mont Blank sorted it out ASAP without any hassle. King Price however requesting accident reports and previous insurance information that is not relevant to the claim. They are dragging their feet and I wonder why. When you need an accident report you need to pay for it and go into the station within working hours, and if there is load shedding they can not assist you at all. This is ridiculous, I pay every month on time with no issues, but now when there is an accident that is not my fault, I get no assistance. It is a very simple case, and should not be this difficult to sort out. If King Price does not sort this out ASAP, I will take further measures against them as a company.
Vodacom, you are busy with fraud. They send me a router and added a contract to my account that I never ordered, tried to deliver the order to different address, but I found out when the Courier could not reach the owner at the home, then phoned me. Asked them to look into this because someone at vodacom clearly wanted me to pay for their bill. I am struggling to get any help from Vodacom to rectify this and cancel this order not placed by me.

We went to burger king tonight, bought 4 burger meals. We only recieved 3. When i went inside to tell them that they short supplied us, the staff was very unfriendly and didnt want to help us. After a while they gave us a burger which is not the burger we ordered. I complained again and they just staired at me. So before i did something or said something i shouldnt i decided to walk away. We spend a lot of money to have nice food for our family. We dont need this type of treatment. And then you dont get what you paid for. And best of all now i am still hungry becuase obviously i gave my food to my son. I really dont see myself going to burger king boksburg again. Regards Kobus
<p>Let me tell you about Vodacom lakeside mall. I took put a new contract on the 10th of december 2016. Two LG G5 phones. We then went on holiday. The fourth day the phone stopped working. We went to port shepston vodacom and asked them what to do becuase the one phone stoped working and the other has a defect on the screan it has a dent, they said we have to go back to lakeside mall for an exchange. When we finally got back from holiday i went to vodacom lakeside mall tbey then told me sorry the seven days is up they have to take the phone in for repairs. The port shepston branch said it will be an exchange now we have to gove the phones in. The one they took in and didnt even bother to look at the second phone. The employee that assisted us was agitated and seemed angry slamed the door and didnt seem to us if he was willing to help. So now we have to wait for one phone and then the other one they dont even want to take a look at. I am really going to search foe a new cellular provider seeing that in just a couple of years i spend R144000 with vodacomand they dont want to help.</p>
<p>To Start of i used to love LG electronics. All my tv's and dvd players is LG. But i have experienced something when i bought 2 new LG G5 phones from vodacom lakeside mall. The one phone worked for 4 days then just wouldnt come on again. The second phone could take a screan protecfor because there is a dent in the class cuasing the phone cover not to stick. You can see this clearly. Now i dont k ow what to do any more because the LG phone i had before alao have problems battery working for 2 hours replaced battery and same problem then the other lg g3 didnt want to take pictures. I am really disappointed in LG as i love the tv's but i now have very little Faith in their phones. So please tell me what you can do to fix that.</p>
<p>My Card was cloned or details copied as per my suspicion. There was money withdrawn from my account in crystal park benoni on the 23 of december 2016 while i was on holiday in durban (hibberdene) i phoned absa straight away and told them what happened. Now according to me if money is withdrawn in benoni and and i am in durban it is fraud. So how can they take so long if its a clear cut case of fraud. And since the card was in my possession it seems to me like an inside job.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will be changing banks soon.</p>
