After discovering a defect in the couch within 7 days I contacted coricraft who sent a technician who confirmed the fault. After confirming replacement I have had no response from them.
No answers to mails. Have not received last months statement. After 20 minutes call centre hasnt even answered. Sad state of affairs.
I'm not on my second ombudsman claim just to make them pay according to the agreement of loss. They simply do not pay.
I swear the person was trying to be obtuse talking to me. Cant here what he is saying, repeating my answer back to me in the form of questions and then telling me he could not verify me. ***. <p>I had a query regarding my fitness assessment and had the misfortune of dealing with Merrel (ref ********** 204). As a broker and client, it is frustrating with someone with such low level of interest or knowledge. During her follow-up call, she put the phone down while I was in the middle of asking a question. Extremely poor s****s for someone spending the day on the phone dealing with clients. </p>
<p>You want great service, comprehensive cover and great premiums then this is the company for you. </p>
<p>After phoning twice today I was placed on hold. I held on for 17 minutes for I had to leave for a meeting. Incredibly bad service. </p>
