I have to share the most shocking delivery I have ever experienced. I waited at the gate for my food to be delivered and when the driver pulled up he opened his bike top box and proceeded to look surprised. He then closed it, got back on his bike and drove away leaving me standing on the side of the road confused and bewildered. I was still in the process of trying to contact UberEats on the app when the driver came up the street again and opened his top box to reveal my food.....like a magic trick except not. When I asked him what had just happened he pointed at the perfectly good bike box and told me it is broken. I then asked him where my food had gone and he told me it had fallen out his box....... MY FOOD CAME OUT HIS BOX WHILE HE WAS DRIVING AND LANDED ON THE ROAD AND HE HAD TO GO BACK TO FIND IT!!!!!!!!! I am still speechless over the ordeal. Half my order was destroyed and covered in sand and bits of tar and the only reason this happened is because he did not lock the lid of his bike box and drove like a crazy person enough for me food to get tossed out!!!! What the hell UberEats, you really need to vet your drivers or something because this is actually unacceptable and there is no email address for them and they are not even on Hello Peter, just goes to show they don't care about their customers, it is all about the money and nothing more. They are probably best friends with Google, they have the same 'I don't care' attitude.
I am really upset about the disgusting block of Berg cheese I bought today. Why would C***** put something on the shelf that is labelled as cheese but it does not melt! What kind of cheese does not melt?!!! I can't believe I spent 11.25% of my weekly food budget on this disgusting product, now I have 800g of nasty want to be cheese that is not worth a single cent, I would not even take this product if it was free!!! Shame on you C*****!!! We expect more from a trusted brand and you should do better!!
Absolutely unacceptable!!! Why have I been charged double for my order and there is no contact number to even call someone to find out what is going on. Even if you call the contact number online you receive a voice recording saying there is no phone support in your area...what area is that specifically? The whole of damn South Africa?!?!! And I don’t want to hear it’s because of fraud protection because that does not help me after you have taken the last bit of money I had left in my account. Who the hell is going to pay for my petrol to get to work tomorrow morning???!!!! Are you going to send a driver for me?! No....Why the hell does UberEats think they have the right to take money from me that I did no authorise? It’s daylight robbery, what if I had gone into their account and helped myself to some of their money? Jail time is what would happen so why is it okay for UberEats to do it. And the nerve of only giving it back to me in a few working days, in this trying time post COVID pandemic when the economy is a mess and people are struggling, YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO DO THIS TO PEOPLE!!!!!!!
Uber why is it everytime I order I seem to get a driver who is making another stop first?!!? Absolutely unacceptable!!! By the time my food arrives it is cold!! I am not happy with the service lately, do all your customers a favour and STOP DRIVERS DOING MULTIPE FOOD DELIVERIES AT ONCE!!!
A new little Cafe has opened in The Village Green, 279 Church Street, Crn Witkoppen. They have such a lovely atmosphere and the food is AMAZING! I highly recommend anyone in the area to pop in for a bite and some tasty coffee, you will not be disappointed.
I am so pleased with the quality of the bakery lately, pure baking magic. We bought the French loaf that was like a cloud it was so soft and their coney rolls are damn perfect! To all you bread lovers out there go give them a try, you won't be disappointed
Wow wow wow!!! What an amazing place. The food was fantastic, the service was friendly, the gardens are exquisite and no kids allowed which was the best thing I have seen in a long time. Blandford Manor I will be back for sure and with more people!
I would like to say that King Price has really made my day, I called to get a lower premium on my car insurance and I was helped by Tshepo Lekoma. He was so very helpful and friendly. I am very impressed with the high level of service, King Price should be happy they have such a great employee working for them:)
<p>I cannot for the the life of me understand why everytime i order KFC i am so let down!!!!!</p> <p>For instance the burger i ordered, the fillet was chewy and dry and way too small for the stale roll and not to mention the soggy lettuce and lack of sauce. I am bitterly dissappointed with is everytime and i think i should just write KFC off as a lost cause in general, the prices are rediculious for what you get, but then again i wouldnt even pay one rand for what was passed off to me as my "lunch" today.</p> <p>Poor form KFC, you will be getting ****ty reviews from me and i will slander your name to anyone who will listen to it. Good luck getting any business from me in the future, i would rather dig in the rubbish!!!!</p>
