Application done without consent and breach of information use
I am so disappointed by Vodacom sales people who just process an application without talking to me. I was notified by email that a new contract has been submitted for reference number 101703965 and an application has been generated on my profile which I called the number specified 082 135 and Wandile Nxumalo assisted and advised that indeed an application was processed for a home internet connection. I am very much not safe with Vodacom my information is compromised and there is no respect for consent I need this fixed urgently.

No assistance offered when i call to enquire on my insurance
I am sooo concerned about what i just discovered when i called my insurance to ask about the instalment on my premiums that jumped without being told, to my surprise Nomsa whom i spoke with told me i am under a broker Bisho something that i never ever joined. when i took up my insurance i called my self to take it up and suddenly somebody decides to put me under a broker. Kindly provide me with the details of how i joined through a broker and please assist me to cancel my insurance i am sooo not safe with you guys.

Bad service
I have been deceived by a hotel listed on Booking.com and when I requested a cancellation it’s a train smash no one is willing to assist I honestly feel you guys do not care about the service you offer to your customers and accept anything to be listed on your site. If ****mers can **** us and be assisted directly by you it’s such a scary 😟 thing

Unreliable booking on Booking.com
It's the worse application one can use, it's not reliable most of all. We booked an accommodation through the Booking.com "Ocean View Point waterfront Apartments" and just two days before we arrive they send us a cancellation saying the property is sold... like why did they put it up if it was in the process of being sold.

Croocked by Pargo never ever recieved my PARCEL
Pargo i recieved comms that my parcel is ready for collection on thr 3rd Novemver 2020 in one of their pick up points in Mthatha i went there to collect onlt to be told they dont know anything about Pargo fine i contacted pargo every single day in November till today no one can tell me where my parcel is.....I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO ANYONE UNLESS YOU ARE DONATING WITH YOUR PARCEL

Worse service I ever received
I am sooo angry right now i am running a business and I was expecting my delivery from Pargo on the 3rd November as per their email till today i follow up daily no one can tell me where my parcel is ..they keep telling me their manager is gonna contact me NOT EVEN A SINGLE DAY THEY DID...I am never in my life ever gonna rely on these people for my staff i write emails ...Facebook Inboxes no one has the courage to tell me if they lost my parcel or what
