The Price for the tiffany co-sleeper camp cot WITH mattress was listed for R2399 and said IN STORE purchase at head office. I have the screenshot of the listing. Micaeel called me back to tell me they cannot honor this as it was a mistake on Google's end and did not offer me a solution. Fatima still tried to resolve this matter. At the end of the day, the customer is always right and Chelino should honour their listed price. This is not about saving R400, but merely the principle of the situation.
Sev was helpful and patient with me when it came to deciding to choose them
Terrible service from both Medicross reception and their doctors. This has been my second visit where I have made an appointment but it’s been over half an hour that I am waiting passed my time. The ladies here at not friendly or courteous in any way. They just turn a blind eye and carry on. The dr is Dr Le Rouw. There are no patients sitting outside his room yet the ladies insist I wait at reception
The wimpy in the Lakefield area in Benoni has yet again provided me with terrible service. The food. And half cooked and was served to us half heartedly. When I had asked to make my food more cooked the waitor got upset and the whole staff here has a don’t care attitude.

First the thermostat, then the pully system now what? after another bad experience yesterday when renault said the pully system needs to be replaced and after giving car back and going home i heard same noise as before.i took it back as they told me they heard no noise after they serviced it. they eventually aknowledged it was the pully system and kept the car for the night. Today they say it's not the pully system, the time chamber needs to be replaced. they need to first see if warranty will cover its and when asked if they dont, then it will be on my account.i asked them to return the car, i hope they dont damage the engine.could i have gotten better service from differnt renault branch other than boksburg and benoni? well i woulndt know. Once i get my car back i am changing brands. Pity service couldnt match up to the car.

bought a brand new renault clio in 2013 with an extended service plan. Around mid-year 2015 the car was overheating and booked it in and renault said there was no issue. However, i insisted they check it again. Only to find out that the thermostat housing needed to be replaced. They didnt approve me a courtesy car and i was stranded for a week without a car. They sealed up the broken thermostat and gave me back my car. i told them that i am not taking any responsibility is something goes wrong. they replaced it with a new thermostat housing a month later, keeping in mind service was and still is appauling. now 3 weeks ago my car s****ed to make a winding noise. Only managed to book it in today due to their unaccomodating service. Car sent in benoni branch they said they replaced the pully system but when i drove my car after the service it was exactly the same. they were unfriendly and took back the car. then they say it could be a faulty pully they were supplied. before finding my own lift home, they say it seems to be a problem in the engine and have to strip it. Now i am car-less and they say they can only get back to me once they get feedback from Renault South Africa which arent much help either. Bad experience from benoni and East Rand branch.
