Been asking the home loan department to give us a call. Received an email to say they will contact within 2 business days. That is 5 days ago.
Due to FNB OTP delays now my banking app is blocked for 48 hours. I cannot do anything need to wait the 48 hours regardless of phoning the call centre for assistance, going into a branch. What nonsense is this! Maybe change the slogan to how can we not help you!!!
Bought Babythingz Premium nappies from Sunward Park branch, sent an email and a message to Dischem complaints department as well as their social media. I've submitted all the details and pictures they required and whoever handles their social media keeps telling me there's a batch number where there isn't one. This is the most horrendous nappies I've ever encountered in my life. The first nappy wasn't even on for 2 hours and it was soaking. The "wetness indicator" wasn't even gone yet and the poor baby's clothing was soaked. Time and money wasted!!
Took my Hyundai I10 in for a windscreen replacement on the 24th of December 2021, windscreen was done and rubber damaged, wasn't informed that the rubber was damaged, even tried to fix it with glue looking absolutely disgusting, went back to ask why the rubber was left like that and to let a customer leave with windscreen rubber looking like that from a reputable company is disgusting. None of their staff were wearing masks, Receptionist put hers on when she saw me standing at the front desk, technician was asked to put his mask on and looked at me like I am crazy.
Useless, Incompetent and Greedy! Debiting my account for a paid up FNB Connect contract which I didn't even authorize to do, speaking to your consultant and he's just waffling on and not even giving me a chance to speak. The most incompetent company anf staff I have ever come across, quick to take your money without authorization but then you have to wait!
Don't even deserve the one star! UTTERLY UTTERLLY DISGUSTED IN FNB! We applied for a home loan and accepted the Life insurance because of my loyalty to the bank, then get a call from underwriting department to finalize the policy and then all of a sudden my weight is dictating if I will be able to purchase a home or not, what nonsense is this. I am a human being and currently on a fitness plan and your underwriter told me that I will not be covered for disability because of my weight. Disgusted is not even the word and the way it was brought across made me feel like I am not worth being a customer to this bank, I will be posting this on ALL social platforms as well as this is very very disrespectful and disgusting to say the least. You are willing to give a home loan for R546 000 of which we were approved and now after being fat shamed in other words I am not good enough to have a life policy! Nonsense and utterly disrespectful.
So I decided to get my husband a new CAT S31 phone through FNB, after 3 days the first device's speaker stopped working, fair enough Digital Planet exchanged the unit, after a few months, speaker does the same thing and the phones camera also packing up, once again the phone has been picked up and taken in to be repaired, now the battery is swelling up, tried calling CAT SA for assistance, no feedback, sent an online request no feedback and not to mention the false advertising on their site regarding the screens!
DEAR FNB If you live in a dream world where people gets paid in the middle of the month and you can just deduct from their account like you want, wake up and smell the roses. Thank you for taking the last of my money until I get my salary on the 24th and now I have to wait for my money 24 hours because your service sucks! This is unacceptable!!!!
Got a device from FNB that was delivered last year November, within the first week the device's speaker stopped working, got a second device and now after a few months speaker did the same. Contacted Digital Planet. Nobody came back to me to date since end of May 2020. If I can give anyone advise don't get any devices from FNB. After sales service is to get sick of.
