I had a very very difficult decision to make after my home office HP Officejet Pro 8619 printer decided that it was done after 8 years. I hope that the advice was good as I am now the proud owner of a Brother...5 hours later. However Mountain Mill Mall in Worcester exceeded all expectations in customer service, taking into account that they had to order my printer. Many tanks and keep up the good work.
I would give zero if I could. I am soooo disappointed. I have had a Retractaline for years. The new line, 32m large clothesline, purchased on Saturday from Builders in Worcester, rolls up unevenly to the one side, and the nylon line is more damaged every time you pull it out. One line should never have been in the machine as it looks like a cut mark. A 10-year guarantee might just be my saving grace. No man, what happened to your quality, saving money on cheap parts, cheap nylon?
I must commend Snatcher for fast efficient service. From adding the item to my cart till delivery took 4 working days across 3 provinces. Daily updates, weekends included via email. Excellent !

I handed my laptop in at Computer Mania Mountain Mill Mall in Worcester on 27 July 2017. After they could not tell me what the problem was on 2 separate occasions before that. I have had 2 phone calls returned because I phoned them, I go into the shop once a week. The laptop was purchased on 29/09/2017. They sent it away, apparently Windows crashed? Then they waited for a part, the apparently it was the DVD writer, I was not even aware it had a DVD writer, now also faulty. They only phone technical services it seems when I walk into the shop. I had a call to tell me 10 days, that was 10 August 2017. My patience has run out, almost 2 months of hearing their BS stories. Their smug looks and smiles, the incompetent service. Being nice is no longer an option. One star is a star too many!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
<p>If our government departmments as well as MANY businesses in SA could only deliver the same service that I received from PrePaid24 on Sunday, SA would rule ! After being a client for 4 years I can recommend their incredible service 24 hours a day. Due to a change of personal details and me not following up the instructions on my profile I did not receive a token purchased via EFT. On SUNDAYmorning!!!! round about 9:30 I sent an email to Customer support. The answer/solution came while I was switching between Google and my emails to check for a response, how fast is that! and the token followed as soon as I had completed the instructions on my new updated profile, on SUNDAY and just as I like, no phone calls necessary, Excellent Customer Service!!!</p>
