I've still had NO feedback with regards to replacing my necklace
despite them stating they will respond in 24 hours and the returns policy due to defective product, i am still waiting months now for response and replacement of my necklace
shocking service, plumbers replaced a geyser under warranty, then broke a pipe causing water to run down the wall, then flooded out the bathroom damaging carpet and parquet flooring still waiting for them to come assess damage and rectify it
two weeks ago i lodged a ***** case on my fnb debit account, after trying over an hour on the line i went to westville branch a further hour on the line finally logged the call told to check after 7 days, did that last monday, after almost 3 hours holding on phone and secure chat not able to assist, told to follow up again today which i tried, 2 hours on the phone of holding and no further and secure chat my chat was opened about 9am and still no feedback
really poor after sales service, first ultra sound machine lasted less than a month, box was delivered unsealed with an empty compartment im assuming where the gel would go that its supposed to be supp**** with, unit was collected and replaced once again unsealed box, once again empty compartment and this one lasted less than 3 months. device used maybe once a day not even every day, max 15 minutes. they wont collect second unit and refund - cant keep replacing and it lasts a few weeks, they say probably power surge but none of our other equipment has failed - their product should not be sold in sa then! i demand a refund and collect faulty machine ULTRASONIC PHYSIOTHERAPY INSTRUMENT
Fake fake fake....Johannesburg address listed but goods shipped from China. Got one link to track package no estimated time for arrival only that it's coming from china
i ordered a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe from these guys as their facebook page looked excellent. what i received is less than acceptable - chest of drawers the runners are skew so drawers knock on eachother and dont close properly. the wardrobe door hinges are attached with such short *****s that they have just pulled out of the superwood structure. i have been asking for over a year for them to come rectify both problems even offering to pay their petrol and im just ignored to the point that i now cannot even comment on their facebook page. these two items cost me close on if not more than R5000 and soon they will both be useless
Absolutley disgusted at the inability to refund money that was not dispensed but requested and taken off bank account .... surely atm would not have balanced that day! And all proof supplied. 6 weeks and still nothing!
