<p>We purchased a Renault Duster 4x4 in 2014 CASH from the Hatfield outlet. The car has been back there probably 3 times EXCLUDING the 2 services that make it 5 times in a little more than 2 years. On 5 Oct the car had such a sever oil leak/explosion that the car had to be towed in to the dealership with a flatbed. We received the vehicle after the oil filter seals had allegedly torn. Exactly 12 days later, it happened again on a Saturday, 15 Oct. Roadside assist is all good and well, but nobody can do anything about your vehicle if it's after 5pm on a Friday or before 7am on a Monday. They could tow us and keep the vehicle elsewhere till the Monday - which was not convenient/safe at the time. I called roadside assist Monday, 17 Oct at 6am to ensure it gets to the service centre as soon as they open. By 18 Oct Renault Hatfield hasn't even bothered to call us to inform us what the diagnosis on the vehicle was. WE have to call Renault Hatfield constantly to get a status report. We were informed that the oil filter was broken (whatever that means), there were no available stock and had to be ordered from the factory. Nobody was able to provide timeframes around this and neither did they care if we knew or not. We do the follow ups. On Monday, 24 Oct I was informed by the SERVICE ADVISOR - Levone - that the vehicle was ready for collection and it's currently in the wash bay. Needless to say, that when my husband arrived for collection he was told that they picked up ANOTHER problem (AFTER A WEEK) and that the service advisor doesn't know what the problem is? How pathetic is the service from Renault Hatfield?? You purchase a vehicle CASH, and the after sale service is only a term (that Renault Hatfield does not understand). Ps: WE STILL DO NOT HAVE OUR VEHICLE BACK...WHAT DID YOU DO FOR AN ENTIRE WEEK WITH OUR CAR???</p>
<p>I was notified that I can upgrade my contract (after being with MTN for YEARS)...Nicolette Naidu emailed me and we've been in contact and I was told that there are no stock of the required handset...It's been a month and now I'm not getting ANY feedback from nobody?? How is this possible? CUSTOMER SERVICE is POOOOORRRRR!! Can you please contact me and let me know when I can expect my upgrade and new handset CAT S60?? It's not so difficult...a month and nobody can find a handset NOWHERE?? Please contact me as Nicolette failed to do so after numerous requests per email...</p>
<p>I've subscribed to Graphic Mail and decided to terminate my subscrition as I no longer required the service. Ben confirmed my cancellation on 28 April 2016. In June 2016, 22nd & 24th, Graphic Mail deducted 2 premiums. I queried the deductions and one premium was refunded on 28 June. By the 8th of July...yet another premium was deducted...so now Graphic Mail has deducted/stealing R210 from me and only refunded R70...just imagine if they do this to 10 people a month? I've been following up with Ben daily re the progress and he's just gone quiet and ignoring my emails...I also copied Neill and he doesn't even bother to respond...I would like to warn my fellow online marketers out there...DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS TO SHARP SPRING/GRAPHIC MAIL...THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! The only way I can make this stop is to cancel my credit card... #sodissappointedanddisgusted...</p>
<p>So, I've contacted Cell C yesterday...added some more data to my mobile account and today a whole 500MB disappeared...now I have to wait 7 days to know where it's gone to??? Unacceptable! My playstore settings is set to only use Wi-Fi for updates, and mobile date is even swithched off between 5pm and 8am...so now I want to know where my data has gone to? Is someone stealing it remotely? Is that even possible? So suspect that it's being bought the one day and the next day the whole bundle is gone...</p>
