I have been trying for over a week now to do business with Protea Chemicals in ****arney Gardens. I have sent emails as advised by Wayne but none were answered. I then phoned again to speak to him after which I was disconnected. After phoning back I suddenly reached their mailbox (15h35 in the afternoon). I then phone the Jo'Burg branch where my call is redirected 6 times before having to hold in a queue. I wasted over 14 minutes on the line between the 2 companies. How do you support a company that treats you like that?
Our website is down! I did contact Cybersmart to inform them of the URGENCY of this matter. All they had to say was 'send an email to our hosting department'. This is URGENT. I don't have time to wait. We are losing business as our website is no longer active! We have also lost our ranking position on Google because of this!!! If this doesn't get resolved soon I'll be moving ALL our domains to another ISP.
<p>I have sent Cybersmart numerous emails trying to get assistance with an issue I am experiencing. I sent my first email to their support address. I have since sent 4 more as they have not responded in 24 hours and my business is standing still because I cannot proceed with my website. I contacted another ISP who helped me but again there are issues. Cybersmart's support is seriously lacking. I am thinking of transferring all my domains over to someone else.</p>
<p>I've bought and thrown away two large watermelons in the last 3 days bought at Checkers. That's R100 down the drain!!! Bought the watermelon on Friday afternoon and tried to cut it a day after. My whole kitchen counter was flooded in juice as the watermelon was just mush inside. It's happened too often in the last 6 months and I am now fed up with stores selling inferior quality products and getting away with it. I will defer customers from supporting Checkers when it comes to fresh produce. <p>I drove down from George to Revolve Service Centre in Parow to have my 2010 Volvo XC60 D5 serviced for it's 6th annual service. From beginning to end the service was fantastic and professional! Elmarie and Robert were absolutely fantastic and their staff very friendly and helpful. I am so thankful that I found them. I will be a customer for life as long as I own Volvo's. I have also referred my mom who owns a Volvo. I can highly recommend Revolve Service Centre to all Volvo owners (especially those who's factory warranties have expired) as the services are very affordable. Well done, Elmarie and Robert :)</p>
