TELKOM CEO PLEASE HELP ME
<p>In January 2014 I took out a cellphone contract with telkom no 081 245 9959. And in may 2014 l took out a laptop contract. I have tried to cancel firstly my cell phone contract sick December 2015. Here is the chronology of the event</p> <p>1.8 December2015 went into a telkom shop lakeside mall filled in b the customer request for contract and service cancellation.End of January 2016 contract was not t cancelled.</p> <p>2. Went back to the shop and was given case no 17292434. End February no cancellation</p> <p>3. 3 march phoned no obvious help. 10 March was given case number 18389352. Bill continue coming l then decided to reverse deductions cause was p issued off</p> <p>4.11 April called was told that someone tried to over call me because I did not answer my phone that's why the contract was not cancelled. I was promised an escalation of the matter. One wonders why then fill a form which telkom designed but cannot act on the form.</p> <p>5. 1 May called given reference no 18989175 and promised action but nothing to date</p> <p>6.4 may went back to telkom to fill another form mv reference number 18994656 requesting for the cancelation of the contracts. Meanwhile I continue to be billed.</p> <p>After receiving more bills on 18 may phoned and requested to speak to a supervisor who was a equally lb useless. Reference number 201605181260</p> <p>Advice please stay away TELKOM if you want to over be happy. Very unprofessional and they are thieves. I ambeing TV robbed because I said cancel my contract. For more information on this please feel free to contact me. Now l will resort to reversing deductions. I Inc want to go to over court. TELKOM abuse customers </p>
