Treasure Mhlongo was extremely effficient and friendly, made my claim experience so much better. Miway is the best!

i have booked a parcel for collection 3 days ago, no one comes... driver cell is off all the time, called head office and been sent to 7 different people still nothing, eventually complained to the Ops head Chris Cronje and stlll nothing... while my client waits for her package. terrible service at fastway couriers johannesburg

****s when it comes to referral commission!!
On 31 January 2024, i called in to enquire where my R1000 voucher is as promised for referring my sister who did end up taking out her insurance with Miway. Boledi the Manager informed me that it will be sms'd to me after her 1st premium goes off which happened in the 1st week of February. Today I enquire and im told there is no voucher, so please dont bother trsuting Miway they cannot honor their commitments!! and its sickening!!

Robodoor staff are the most efficient, friendly, kind and caring. They truly care about customer service and won't hesitate to go the extra mile to satisfy their clients. Excellent customer service Autostyle Johannesburg
Had an issue with a new radio from Autostyle, after going back twice, they replaced the unit with ease and grace. They even gave us a little gift to make up for the aggravation of coming up and down. A huge thank you to Fardheen, Larry and the technician Mr Mau. Excellent customer service and going the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. A 5 star service by a 5 star team!! Well done guys.

Service excellence guaranteed
Donovan at Autocity Alberton was very helpful and kind making my purchase most pleasurable and memorable. His Manager Stefan was equally helpful and gave me the best deal on my new purchase. They are definitely the dealer of choice. They fixed the sunroof issue quickly and didnt delay my collection, also gutanteed the repair to the sunroof. I have an issue with the reverse camera and fog light not working, but Donovan has assured me they will sort it out. So they clearly make good on their promise of looking out for their customers even after the sale is done. This proves they have their clients best interest at heart. They went out of their way and made it so special when I collected the car, and included a cute free gift. They really go the extra mile in making their clients feel special. Impressed is putting it mildly. Donovan and Stefan you rock!!! Well done and keep it up! Love and light always.....Bibi

I had the pleasure of dealing with Alexis Mdini at MIway Life. She is very efficient and an absolute pleasure to talk to. Her communication s****s are way up there and she definitely deserves to be part of Miway rewards recipients if you have such a policy for staff. Thanks again Alexis.

Impressive service - Eric Hashatsi @ MiWay Life Insurance
I would like to commend Eric Hashatsi on his kind, efficient and caring attitude in dealing with my complaint. Even though I had to cancel my policy with Miway Life due to loss of a job (covid 19 after effects), I would highly recommend them and will definitely re-look at taking a policy with MiLife just based on the experience provided by Eric. His calibre staff are very hard to come by and Miway Life should definitely award Eric with an incentive for making clients lives that much easier in these trying times.
