capitec bank is the most *********** and unsafe bank ever. They cannot verify their own proof of payment. They cannot remove my number from someone elses account and I keep getting this persons balances and transactions.
I’d like to take this time to appreciate and compliment Sipho Thabethe who has always served his patients with care and kindness. Since 2016 when my mom first used vital air services he’s been patient and kind with us. He is always willing to help even when he isn’t on duty. Till this day my mom will always say “call Sipho” when she has any issues or refills needed. The health department needs more people like Sipho who love what they do.
So Ive been dealing with Jodie, Chantel and Natalie who advised that my refund will be processed as soon as they get feedback from the commitee but now are not assisting even though Ive sent numerous emails. So I took out a loan to pay for 2 modules this year. I then received an email weeks before assignments were due that I cannot continue with the course due to poor performance. So i hadnt submitted anything yet nor received any further study material. I asked for a refund on the R13000 I paid and submitted all documents requested from me. The guys working on the support email are unprofessional and on top of that I received another email stating that I'm going to get R5000 back with a vague statement, what the f**** happened to the other R6000. I want a full refund back as i havent touched your courses i paid for and you decided to kick me out. I want my money TODAY if not I'm going to report this on every social media platform and also take you to the lawyers because you are causing me financial distress and a mental break down. If i was owing you, you would've taken my name to lawyers and ITC I WANT MY R13000. I regret not listening to my colleagues who warned me about this institution and how unprofessional you are
Till today I have not received my refund. Looks like Jerry from accounts doesn't want with my money even though my medical aid paid for this ages ago This is not fair, if it was me owing the hospital, I would’ve received calls from lawyers and many more. All I ask for is my money and I will never set foot in your hospital again. This is causing me distress and I’m going to hold you responsible when I have a mental breakdown. I want my money TODAY. on the 4th August I went into casualty at the fourways hospital. They made me pay cash saying the medical aid didnt cover it which I dont understand why. The medical aid paid this amount on the 14th august and I called the accounts department on tuesday who said i should call today to ask for refund. I dont understand why she didnt process the refund while i was on the call as i dont have airtime to call them everytime. I WANT MY MONEY immediately

so I want to downgrade my router which I'm paying R598 for 400G. I saw on the internet that there is a R429 deal for 300G and want this one. I'm a long standing mtn customer with 2 more contracts and I feel I'm being ********** as no one bothered to contact me to make me aware that I can pay less as a loyal customer. Now I'm being told to visit the store. I don't have time to visit the store for a downgrade, that's the reason why I ordered the router online initially. if this request isn't processed online then cancel the subscription, I'll look elsewhere. 2. I requested an early cancellation quote for my Samsung contract months ago and no one replies to you retention emails or the customer service one. your email services are non existent, once my contracts end I may not renew them because of the poor service I'm getting.
When I was sold the product I never used it as i struggled to get it activated. I logged numerous support requests until I decided to send it back and cancel. I was told it was pay as you go and there was no contract. Why am I getting messages that I owe an amount and have been handed over. I wouldn't recommend this *** network to anyone
