Postbank call center is the worst call center ever, they will put you hold without telling you on hold, then it's dead quite and you have to ask are you still there, then one will say Yes man I'm working on your account hold! rudely so, but they didn't even take any of your details, maybe the number shows who you are outomaties but then they come back and say ID .... like seriously just like that... ID ,Joh, like they fighting, mind you I'm just calling with so much respect as I needed help and can't be rude at all cause I'm scared of I talk rudely to them then I won't be assisted, so I waited till now to post about my terrible experience from post bank customer service, most of them are rude and unprofessional, then they also hang up on you like it's okay, like I've never experienced such disrespect and unprofessional conduct from " customer service consultants" ever!! this call centre is the worst, if ever you don't trust what I'm saying just call them and hear how most of the talk to you like you beneath them so they can talk to you anyhow. if you continue to speak English eish jy's in v dit. so that was my experience with Postbank. out of more than 10+ calls I've made to post bank only 3 Agents were helpful Pule, Mojale and Pulani, the rest of them I mean ladies learn manners, you guys where NOT trained property that is a fact!! please please please pull all my call records if you have to and listen to calls this can't be going on and I'm dead show I'm not the only one who was treated so badly. and yes after several weeks through this platform my issue has been resolved, Thank you. and when I asked for reference to the call they say they they don't have such....
okay so I've been using post bank for few years for child grant, and all of sudden this January my card gets "blocked and told that I should get a new card the black card so I go to the outlets near me and told that the cards are unavailable, so I am told that the next best thing is to be sent instant money okay, then after weeks of waiting and being sent from pillar to post, I am told that the instant money services are discontinued that is from Feb, where as I've been waiting since January before it was discontinued, okay than I am told they will be sending cards to various destinations that deal with Postbank yet even today the 9th of February 2026 no cards in North West Potchefstroom branch!!! so why not unblock my card so I can access the funds available and when you decide you ready to send cards to the outlets you let me know and I'll happily get one, But no, I was told a supervisor by the name of Mr Manzini from post office will contact me and guess what..... I'm still waiting, other agents also promised to call me back to see how this matter can be resolved and yet again guess what.... I'm waiting!! it hurts so much when you have kids that must go to school and depend on that money to be able to send them to school but can't, as you have no other income, it realy hurts and Postbank just doesn't seem to give dam!!!
I went to Shoprite Ventersdorp yesterday to buy read the R5 bread and at the till I was told that I can only have 2 loaves of bread and when I asked why the manager said they have a note that states that it's 2 per customer so I said we can go and check as there is no note of such we went together with the manager to find no note there instead there is a big board stating that they bake 3 times a day and which is also not the case, so they are making up their own rules as they go Ventersdorp Shoprite just so that they don't get to bake 3 times as it's supposed to be, False advertising at its best by Shoprite Ventersdorp, and the manager that they call "maneer" was very rude and advised the cashier that going forward it is only 2 loaves per customer and this is the Last time they sell 3 loaves to one customer!!! Ventersdorp Shoprite has bad customer service from some managers!!!
So I've app**** for herotel a few weeks ago and was told that it will take 2-3 weeks for installation to take place, we are based in Ventersdorp so just 5 minutes away from herotel,okay so a week ago we recieved a call that the technicians will come do the installation on Monday the 28/10/2024 between 8am and 10am okay so we cleared our schedules and waited for them for them Not to show up no call to say they not coming like we called them later in the day and was told that the technician is sick so they won't be able to come, okay then on Tuesday the town had no electricity so that means they will be able to do installation on Wednesday hopefully, but no show no calls no updates like a big Nothing from herotel, on Thursday we went to the office and asked about the installation and was told that it will be today between 11am and 13pm, okay we again waited and when we ask what is going on we told that they will call us back, that has been twice already and we not getting any explanation as to what is going on whatsoever, mind you this is a very ****** town still and we actually feel that this kjnd of treatment may be because of our ethnicity because we know a few white people staying around us and they never had such treatment and it's quite shocking to them that we are treated this way, like it's sad that this day an age things in Ventersdorp still the same, and when one mentions race they jump so high excusing the fact that they are being ******,but black money is still good enough...
there must be a law against false advertising of Shoprite deli as they still have the board that says "R5 fresh bread baked 3 times a day" Lies and the baker tells you straight they didn't bake on certain days, like Ventersdorp Shoprites deli is not okay at all. I've written to their headquarters a few times yet no change like it's ignored and the deli self sells old hard bakes at most... customers go and asks for some of their bakes to be removed from the deli as it's hard and old, some of their stuff is really good when fresh.. otherwise Ventersdorp is NOT YOUR RUBISH BIN AS YOU TREAT US PERIOD!! sies...
So Shoprite opened up a new store in Ventersdorp JB Marks Municipality on the 28March 2024. The opening was nothing short of grand as they stated "grand opening", Ventersdorp is a poor community and has been subjected to high prices since OK was the only super market open since Spar closed its doors mid last year. So the community was looking forward to some relief in prices, especially from a well known "lower price"store like Shoprite... So thier prices are extremely high, and their service is bad... So yesterday we bought doughnuts on a stick from their deli, and the things were hard as rock and no taste at all it was THEE WORST EVER experience. We came to report it and can you believe this morning after reporting it and even asking them to take it off as it's terrible, they kept it there with no regard for the next person, besides the poor service from the bakery side and the terrible prices,there is a guard at the door!! Tell me really now its bad to the point where you go out and get stopped to be searched if you stole anything but there are cameras all over the store. I'm beyond disgusted as Shoprite Ventersdorp undermines the community of Ventersdorp and also has no shame as they know Ventersdorp needed another super market as OK is ridiculously expensive.
Finchoise promised last month after my review on hello Peter that my account will be updated Yet again it's still in arrears even after showing that the debit was successful ontime nogals as ALWAYS not a day late EVER!! But No I remain in arrears!! This is the worst company ever to deal with!!! I don't know anymore they are ****s for sure and just don't care cos last month I was told the account would be fixed and waited even this month still the same in arrears but money taken!!!
You know I've paid my account up to date with finchoice and I've had my issues with the poor service they offer but this is a new low, so on the 5th of September was my debit date and that went well off and got confirmation that the money was debited as should, to my surprise a week later it says I'm in arrears and I should pay up, I then sent an email to finchoise Wich was ignored and I sent several more, yesterday I called an was told that it will be fixed without an apology or anything from the agent, just that ok your account will be fixed, wow then again on email the same response as of its okay to put me in arrears where as I paid, amazing cos another day has passed and seems like finchoise doesn't want to fix my account as it still shows that I'm in arrears and that is affecting my credit records,not that finchoise cares as they still have not fixed my account!!!! Fix my account PLEASE , Don't get me wrong when finchoise wants they offer a good self help service and has moderate service I won't lie, but when they mess up like now they surely do excellent work in messing up that's for sure, the agents gets to be rude or full of it, when one calls in, time frame given was 24hours it has been 24 hours ....
So I have an account with Finchoise for 6months loan and mobimoney as a pensioner. I have paid all my loans up successfully without a skip or hassle, all of a sudden i reapply for second term and I was being told no it's still being processed and I applied for this loan for Christmas meh, and I was told all the time it's approved and I shoul wait as it's still being processed until I was told Christmas Eve that the loan has been declined due to me being a pensioner however had the same account with Finchoise for sometime and they tell me the policy has changed and rudely so, WHAT A SCAM!! LIARS!! When I called in was told that it's approved and should wait for last minute to be told otherwise, sies man what bad service from Finchoise, and mind you the loan offer still reflects on my account stating that I still qualify for yhe loan just to be stringed along for WHAT??? Finchoise offers bad service and changes their policies when they feel they want... As per agent who told me that their policies have changed... Mnx, has no loyalty and does NOT value their clients that's forsure!!!
So today I went to the Post Office in Ventersdorp, to send job applications as it is the only way to do so here...and to my utter disgust I was told that the machine to print the "sticker" has been out of service for over 2months now,thus making it impossible to send any mail. This is BAD as we are now unable to apply for jobs and not only that we haven't got money to go to Potchefstroom to their Post as it's far and we cannot afford it. What makes this worst is that the area manager has been notified vai email by others who wants to send mail however unable to because of this ... however He/She seems to careless, Or is it because it's Ventersdorp and we less deserving? I'm hurt to say the least... I'm disgusted...tjo!!!!!!!!!!
