Qatar Airways no longer an option
I submitted a damaged baggage claim to Qatar Airways on 4 December 2025. The airline acknowledged the damage and confirmed a settlement offer after exhausting efforts to draw out a reply. However, months later, no payment has been received and no clear communication has been provided explaining the delay. It is extremely disappointing to experience such a lack of accountability, unacceptable communication standards and failure to resolve customer concerns. Contacting the offered counter parts and mentioned associates was an equal fruitless and wasteful exercise. Until resolved, I strongly advise against using this airline. Ref: CPT4756634/ CPT4756589/ CPT4756682. This matter falls under the Montreal Convention (1999), which governs airline liability for damaged baggage on international routes. I have to consort to filing a DOT complaint formally now.

Still deducting money even though I canceled my policy because no consultant assisted with the change in information. Stop taking what doesn't come as a right to you.

Burned by being gullible
13 Oct 2021 I burned both legs, my right hand and right foot with scorching cooking oil. I only had my 3 children with me, 12y, 10y, 7y. I used their app to get medical response and assistance. No show! In agony I had to guide my son to help as and where he could and get hold of friends. No help what so ever from that sales gimmick! When I contacted them in this regard I was told all the ambulances were out and cant help me....really. even though they work on a network you want to convince me of that. Finest photographer
I had the privilege to be at the centre of September Moments' lens on the 16th of Dec 2021. It was my wedding day. However this was not my first September moment or lens centre. With all my heart and tears of gratitude and joy, I can proclaim Sharné's talent and relentless passion. Sharné was a beautiful rush of empathetic emotion guiding me, helping me. Goodness if it wasn't for her I would have been late. Lol Her vision and planning was evident throughout the whole day and all the preparations. More so it is etched in her work. September Moments Photography, Sharné, you have blessed me with breath taking eternal memories. Your work is outstanding. Ladies and gentlemen she left our wedding with blisters on her hands. WesBank...useless or sketchy?
My and I settled our vehicle end of 2020! Since today 23/072021 we have not received the necessary documentation to register OUR vehicle on our name! We happen to be FNB private clients and even emails to our banker turns up unresolved. Are you maybe going to pay out any interest on our money and vehicle being kept? I have been to an FNB branch - no help I have phoned a 1000 times - rude and no help. Do you have any competent employees? All we need is for the documents to be couried to us like you have done with my card so please dont play covid. Interested in contacting me with a proactive result...please do so

Scorned privacy
It is with great concern that I need to warn clients and members alike. My home and privacy was invaded and made public by an agent of this agency. Photograph of the property I rightfully occupy was taken and published without my knowledge or permission! This agent obtained entrance by claiming to assist the owner with needed maintenance. He then took photographs of my private living space and published it claiming the property is to let. No notice was given to me, no authority for such photos was ever given. The owner now claims he acted out of his free initiative.
