Me and my husband have been going to this restaurant regularly since we met and got married over 13 year ago. It was our first date and the food has never disappointed in all the years. I have a passion for Vietnamese food as my sons grandfather was from there and I missed his home cooked food when he migrated. So I do not post often but this one I have to do. So a year ago I bought Sage on line for my business it cost a lot! it came with no 1 on 1 training and the package I discovered is really not user friendly. They claim you will be able to learn this software package with on line tutorials but it so complicated only someone in finance would be able to use it. I consider myself very competent in learning new systems but this one is so badly designed I really don't understand how they are still in the market. Like most companies they have clearly not done user testing with non financial people or they would have change their software by now. If I need help I cannot phone a person and get help I am expected to interface with a inline bot who just throws the manual at you. NO HELP!!! So I warn you I have spent vast amounts of money paying various individuals who know sage kind of to try and get by books captured correctly and still this is not complete. The whole thing has been far to costly and if I keep using Sage I am really going to carry on paying through the nose for specialists to run the software for me, Not affordable for a small company!
Hi I installed Cybersmart fibre to the home as I run my business from there and to tell you the absolutely honest truth the line speed and stability has been shocking. I have reported this to them by phone a couple of times and nothing has been done. I am tired of paying companies for bad service. I am using my mobile hot spot to do this review as I cannot get a stable line on Cybersmart to send it. Regards Allison (083 636 0200)
When Vumatel moved into my area the installed a thick black cable across my driveway. The cable is so low I cannot get trucks in and out of my property. This is a huge problem as the driveway is very long. I have asked repeatedly for them to please put poles either side of my driveway to lift the cable but no one has arrived to do this. I am waiting for the day that this cable breaks and then possibly they will take me seriously. Regards Allison (083 636 0200)
Hi All I had a crisis today as my parents tenant forgot to refill the gas bottles that run her geyser and stove. My parents are now over 80 years old and are in isolation to stay safe. I called Oil Heat Services who I usually use to refill my gas bottles and they now deliver and collect. I explained the situation and that it was urgent and the team delivered on the same day. Hi All Over the last month getting food has been a very risky experience. I know a lot of companies have had to gear up in a hurry and change the way they work, which has been a huge stress on most teams. I approached Seemans in Strydom Park and asked if they would deliver meat to me and they were just gearing up for such a service during lock down. Its had been such a pleasure to shop with them they have delivered all my meat with fast efficient service and their team go the extra mile. Well done guys!
I have seldom had the pleasure of working with such a wonderful company. The owner of this company is a man of integrity and honesty and it has been such a pleasure to use this team on many projects over the last 2 years. They do all types of building work including gate automation and electrical fences.
Hi All I get my internet service from Cool Ideas as will as my VoiP phone. I have been with them for some years and have found their service shocking. I wanted to move my current service to a new address and I tried to call them on various occasions and was on the longest holding cue. So I gave up and sent them an email to support requesting they migrate my line. one month later........ All I got back was numerous email requests to "log a ticket" with various departments as they do not seem to talk to each other. So in the process of getting very frustrated with trying to decipher their internal processes and calling them numerous times to help me do this via the telephone line, I gave up!! Do you know it only took me one email to cancel my service with them. So its easier as a client to leave them then to relocate your existing service!!! I even asked to speak to the MD and they asked me to log a ticket!! This is a company run by IT nerds, you have to go on training to be their customer. You have to be joking!!! I have migrated to another provider.

Subsequently I decided to do the rest of the repairs with my own reputable teams and claim the funds back. After dealing with 3 different Discovery claims consultants over nearly 1 year, I managed to sort my problem out in less than 1 hour with the help of Mpho Sechai who was so polite and efficient he has restored my faith in Discovery Life. Discovery Life should promote people like him he is a shining example of good work ethic.</p>
