NuPay sent through 4 DebiChecks in October 2023 with a Service Provider I have no business with..., 3 of these were successfully declined and the 4th was forced acceptance [which I've taken up with my bank] and blocked by NuPAY not to be disputed and have been debiting my account monthly since October 2023, which I have reversed. This is a *****ulent act, please refrain from debiting my account and ensure you validate your Service Providers. REF: NP-BODYFLO and DCPRD0000RPBM1
Placed and paid order 20 May 2021, it was confirmed. 25 May, received mail that it's been finalised. 28th I get an update that my parcel is scheduled for delivery 31stMay/1st June. IT WAS NOT DELIVERED!!! Made a follow up 02 June, and they responded 3 June: "Please note: the item you ordered is currently going through a quality check due to some issues with our previous deliveries. Your parcel will be delivered within two business weeks." Well now it's 3 business weeks and still nothing... and their Instagram account disappeared, they are Simplexshop and yet again Simplexstore... address: 8 Kreupelhout Ave, Weltevredenpark, Roodepoort, 1709
Your service is PATHETIC!!!! I have cancelled my membership effective 01-10-2020 and this was confirmed and I was advised of a 4 months waiting period for my savings refund, that ended 28 Feb 2021. I WANT MY SAVINGS REFUNDED ASAP AND DON'T YOU EVEN DARE SAY THERE ARE OUTSTANDING DOCUMENTS, YOU HAVE BEEN PROVIDED WITH ALL DOCUMENTS AND YOU HAVE MY BANKING DETAILS!!!! Throughout the conversation, Seipati remained polite, professional and provided clarity where I needed. <p>- On the 1st November 2016 I made a withdrawal on a Caltex FNB ATM in Germiston, the ATM did not take out the full amount I wanted to withdraw... however my account was debited with the full amount.</p> <p>- 2nd November 2016 I called the FNB Customer Centre on ********** to report the incident and I was advised to visit a branch instead to log a dispute.</p> <p>- 3rd November 2016 I visited FNB Branch in Greenstone Mall and completed a dispute form and was promised feedback within 48hrs to a week. On the 4th November 2016 I received an SMS with the reference number for my dispute.</p> <p>- 11th November 2016 (After a week) I contacted the FNB Customer Centre and gave my dispute reference number for a follow up and I was advised that Customer Centre cannot trace my dispute and I will have to visit a branch again.</p> <p>- 14 November 2016 I visited the FNB branch in New Market, Alberton; they logged in to the Care System and tracked my dispute with the reference number and made a follow up on my behalf and requested that I be contacted for feedback, which I have note received till my next branch visit (Also take note that at this point I have not received any communication from Greenstone Branch where I lodged my initial dispute). I also tried contating the number for disputes ********** and with no luck as they cannot assist me besides going to the branch for ATM related disputes.</p> <p>- 02 December 2016 I visited the FNB branch in New Market, Alberton again where I spent 2hours as they tried to assist me in contacting various departments to follow up on my query and they logged on to the Care system and realised no one had attended to my dispute (Status: in progress) since their last update on the 14th November 2016. I indicated that this has now been over 30 DAYS and no one seems to know who should resolve such disputes.<br /><br />My frustrations have left me impatient and my taste for FNB is going sour, I cannot stand such terrible service I have experienced for my dispute. I want urgent feedback and my money credited back into my account.</p>
