I am still awaiting the dealer principal to contact me after months. Word of Warning! Do not bring your car here. This establishment is deceptive, careless, and likely operating in a questionable manner. They cut corners, damage vehicles, and provide false assurances. They will confidently assure you to your face that issues have been resolved, only for you to discover later that this is completely false. I plan to file a formal complaint with my insurer to end their partnership and am considering legal action for potential *****. The damage they caused is unacceptable. They blatantly lie, deny responsibility, and falsely claim that work has been completed. My vehicle was in their possession for over three months, and while they addressed the original issue, they created additional problems in the process. Months down the line I am discovering how bad their workmanship actually is! Stay away at all costs!
MiX Telematics (Pty) Ltd and Matrix Vehicle Tracking are among the worst South African companies, operating with the cruelty and impunity of an extremist organization. For over five years, I have been subjected to relentless harassment and abuse, with affiliates repeatedly contacting me in their name. I have reached out to every level within their company—from social and support channels to executive management—only to encounter lies, deceit, and a disturbing disregard for the severe impact their actions and those of their affiliates have had on my life. Their behavior is a blatant affront to South African values, as they act as if they are above the law and untouchable. I am left with no alternative but to pursue legal action under POPIA and other channels, as they continue to endanger my well-being and peace of mind. The reviews speak for themselves—this company’s behavior is extremist by nature, betraying every standard of ethical and lawful conduct.

Onalenna and Solomon helped me feel like a loyal customer today. I applulaud their hard work ethic, great communication skills and attention to detail. This is what good customer service looks like! Keep it up!
I dealt with mpho marutla who helped me tremendously. I applaud his hard work and time in helping me solve my problem. Definitely needs a raise 🙌 This is the reason I continue to stay with MiWay.
Cannot get a booking to renew my driver's card. I have tried since Mar 16. I had a booking for the 14 April but everything was shut down at Level 5 and at that point and everything went dead digitally too. There are still 0 slots available. I have called, I have emailed. I have had 0 responses. I check daily for slots but the same result.
Your support agent, Dineo Sedibe, went above the call of duty in assisting me with my query. Someone should be giving her a raise, especially in these uncertain times. What excellent service and value. You should be proud of her!

After being a loyal customer with Standard Bank for 15 years. I have been recently getting illegal debit orders on my acc.

After successfully reversing both illegal transactions, on both accounts speaking with the call center agents, they refused to help solve this. I have the company that has been scamming me but standard bank the first time said they can't help me at all. And they didn't give a ****. The second they said they could help but they would have to charge me. Charge me to do their job and stop something that should never of happened, especially the second time.

According to the Bank it's a policy of theirs not to prevent fraud on debit or current accounts. That's what I was told. But I'm like here is the company stealing and they said oh well tough luck. Well you know what? What comes around goes around.

Your branches country wide are completely useless. Why do you not have chairs in any of your branches, within the queues? If I have to stand for over two hours to speak to a teller, then I don't need you!

Your service is pathetic. Your agents are rude and arrogant and just laughed at me, saying not my problem and deal with it. So now I am. I am moving to FNB. Loyalty gets you nowhere apparently!
