So! Placed my order. Sent them return mail as I was ****med before and beautiful mail rep**** to confirm my order is on its way! A month and a half later … I am blocked on Facebook. No response from them … Emails are not answered. I paid for 5!pieces and only received 4 1 piece at Novela costs R149 … at supplier theybsre R19 each!!! Daylight *******!!! Beware beware beware!!!! I have been in contact with other individuals that also bought from them on Facebook and it’s pensioners… so their hard earned money is taken from them and Novela does not care! How do I warn people! DO NOT FALL INTO THE SAME AS I DO! Novela SA is ****ming people
I am a client who app**** for a Discovery Bank I wanted the savings option - but was given black card Downloaded app and got the amount allocated to me. DSV never delivered my card Friday and suddenly amount was significantly lower on bank app than the previous day and I just do net get answers? I am told to send a DM but no one replies or come back to me with answers!
Why send two SMS’s two days in a row and then not even have the decency to contact the client??? When I then phoned the office I am being told they could not get hold of me … NO CALL WAS MADE TO ME! I received other deliveries today with no problem… and then driver does not answer call centre to find out what the issue was SHOCKING!!!!!!!!
After my services was DISCONNECTED this morning I am FURIOUS!!!! I have never thought Cool Ideas can be so incompetent!!!! Make a note for FUTURE REFERENCE… If you guys don’t make the effort to CALL me should an issue like this arise again ALL HELL WILL BREAK LOOSE!!! I am insulted by your company!!!!! I have confirmation on tickets opened where I asked about a payment not gone off … paid the amount and then you turn around and disconnected my services because I did not pay. I had a payment plan in place and my 2nd payment was made this morning… YET … services disconnected because of NON PAYMENT!!! Go check my account Go check my ticket where I did accounts job for them … I am disappointed and infuriated how I have been treated!!!!
I am a small business and had EXCELLENT service from Betty Dlomo. Florence Plaaitjies is my new business banker - yet it seems that my account is TOO SMALL for FNB to assist. I clearly do not count as a business neither a personal client of FNB as well. No one wants to assist me with a short term issue - so what is my next step? New bank? New business banker?
I have been assigned a new business banker to my account - yet NO EMAILS ARE REPLIED TO - NO CONTACT WAS MADE AS PER MY REQUEST. Why do I then have a business banker if I do not even get assistance from them?????
Its now been two months since we started the cancellation process on a Masters Programme - and have confirmation in writing that payment will be made .... what a joke - no money. No answering phones. No responses - even the Financial Manager laughs me off !!! This is a JOKE!!!!
On Monday 14 February 2022 I received 3 SMSs from a debt collector regarding a summons for an unpaid account. Phoned Vodacom - cannot pick up anything on my account ... I actually have credit on my account. After 3 days of frustration and mails and phone calls - it was stated that it was AN ADMIN ERROR on their side. An apology letter was sent. YET - I HAVE BEEN BLACKLISTED WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION PRIOR TO THE 3 SMSs received from the Debt Collector - NOW my name is on ITC! I have a company to run that requires FULL CREDIT CHECKS ... and now am losing business because of a SYSTEM ERROR ... Unproffessional - If Vodacom does this to a Small Business owner - what do they get away with when its Corporate companies? The apology letter was issues 16 February 2022 ... this morning A DRAFT SUMMONS from Vodacom DATED 17 February 2022 was issued with all same info ... and I am told NOT TO WORRY!!!! My livelyhood hangs in the balance due to INCOMPETENCE and a SIMPLE SORRY am not doing it for me at this time! I am HUMILIATED ... FRUSTRATED and EXTREMELY ANNOYED by the unprofessional behaviour of Vodacom staff and Management!
