5 December 7pm. Truworths canal walk cashier is so rude. I came in to buy some jewelery for my son's girlfriend for her bday. After waiting nearly ten minutes just for someone to show up a lady with lavender specs and lavender scarf came to "help" us. We had already decided what we want to buy for her present.All we needed from her was to get it from the display case. This lady immediately disagreed with the choice we made as a family. She proceeded to tell me that our choice is old fashioned and we should buy something else. 8 said no thanks we already decided. She kept on until my quiet son begrudgingly agreed with her. I was so ****ed. 8 am paying for this **** so I should get to choose. Now I'm paying for a necklace I don't want. My son is now forced to give his gf something we didn't choose. R330 on someone else's choice. I'm so ****** ****ed at the gall of this woman who thinks she knows what's best for someone she has NEVER met. I am NEVER shopping at your store again. Teach your staff manners. They don't get to choose what I spend my money on.
I'm writing this review on behalf of my sister-in-law. She has a home loan with nedbank and she is trying to get a 3 months bank statement. The reason she needs the three months bank statement is because she cannot afford to pay and she needs the statement to do an application for a donor to pay on her behalf. Her home loan has nearly been paid with an outstanding amount of about R10,000. We have been trying to get a bank statement for the last few weeks transferred from customer service to legal too short fall recoveries. Every time we call it's about an hour on the phone with agents dropping calls, and having to redial. The last department is always unavailable and the email address that was supplied is not valid. shortfallqueries@nedbank.co.za it seems Nedbank likes dragging things out so they can add for interests and fees. All we want is the three month bank statement so we can pay the balance and never have to deal with this bank again.
At 12:20 today i entered the Golden Acre with my 12 year old son on our way to the beach. We stopped to get a snack and one of the security guys started following me back and forth asking me who i'm looking for and what i'm doing there and what do i want to buy. I asked him what the problem is and what is his name. He refused to give his name, instead he asked the lady before me in the queue does she know me and why am i speaking to her. I don't think i looked as if i was begging for money, i was asking where the queue is and i confirmed it with the lady. So i asked him again what the problem is and he couldn't answer me, still refusing to give me his name. I complained to the shop owner and she said he has a reputation for bothering women in the area and advised me to take a picture of him since he didn't want to give his name. When i tried to get a picture of him he turned away then grabbed my by the armed and pushed me. I screamed at his that he has no right to touch and he told me to shut up and stop making a scene. Please tell me what right does he have to push me??? I spoke to another security by the name of kuthvisiso. M and he advised me that the he didn't know his name either but his radio name was charlie 4 stationed right outside the Doh!nuts Store. I don't feel safe having perverted security guards misusing their power to imitate single moms. I would like you to review the footing from the cameras in the area and provide feedback on this incident. Failing to respond i will follow through wiith a civil charge of harrassment.
After three years with MFC my account fell in arrears. I paid as much as i could until i was falling too far behind and my boyfriend offered to help. We signed the auth docs and they did not deduct R2,755 on 30 July as agreed, they deducted the instalment plus the arrears in one deduction of R9000. That was not authorised. This is why people would rather not pay their car's after they fall behind. I have been in contact with Tania from MFC, she never responds to emails and her ****y attitude is just precious. I called again now and still waiting on good old Tania. So now my boyfriend can't pay his rent because of trying to assist. If this is not resolved soon, the he will be forced to cancel the agreement and we're all back to square one. No job. low, payment.
