I received a call from debt collectors saying that I owe tracker which I'm failing to understand why because I called on 08/07/2020 to check why am I not able to login to my account. I spoke to Kgomotso Huma regarding my car accident that happened last year 15/11/2019 I wanted to know why the system did not pick up that my car was in an accident he told me that he refer my query to the relevant department to give me a call. I also asked him why am I getting 2 different debit orders from the same company as it is costing me bank charges for nothing he tried to explain but I did not understand what he was saying. He then told me that I have an outstanding amount that I have to pay because the dealer only paid for 3 years which ended so I now have to pay. No told me about this but anyway it's okay since I was talking to him so asked him what is stopping them from getting my account he said they don't have my banking details on how so because you are already being my account. He told me that my account is not linked so I confirmed my banking details that are already on the system for him to link my account so that they can be able to debit my account I also confirmed the debit date. To my surprise I received a call from the collections department I told her about my story and that I'm I have a pending query I'm waiting for a call from the technical department she then said she will send another query for someone to call me back. Someone called me and apologized about the service and it seems as there was a fault on their system they couldn't pick up that my car was in an accident. I told him that it means that I have been paying for something that is not working. I tried to log in after the accident it was saying sorry we couldn't pick up that your car was in an accident. I then told him to cancel and refund all the money that I paid and I'm not happy that there is 2 debit from one company he then told me that he can only see one debit meaning the other is not from the tracker is from another company he thinks it's insurance which I don't understand how because both debit orders are written, tracker. He then told me that there's no need to cancel because they will compensate me by writing off my outstanding balance in my account and he will ask the claims department to give me a call to register a claim till today I did not receive a call. I'm so disappointed and dissatisfied with your service It is very poor you don't keep your promises and you don't get back to clients. I'm asking myself if you write notes on the system because every time you speak to someone you have to explain what you already explained to 10 consultants. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THIS IS FIXED IT IS NOT TO RECIEVE CALLS FROM DEBT COLLECTORS WHEN YOU DID NOT DO ANYTHING BUT SOMEONE DID NOT DO THEIR JOB.
Please remove my name from your list and stop sending me messages because I do not owe you. I settled my account I 2015 I do not understand why you are saying that my account is in arrears.
