Best local online party and toy shop
I've ordered from Phat Parties several times and they never disappoint! Quality toys, piñatas, baby goods, party supplies and collectibles. The communication and customer service is next-level! Will definitely shop with them again :-)

Revolting customer service, same old PR answers
My husband ordered a watch and a number of other products from Takealot. The package was delivered a week ago, but there was no watch in the package. After countless emails, calls and social media messages, we are yet to receive feedback. We just keep hearing the same "we will give you feedback as soon as we get it" response. How long can it possibly take to find out what went wrong? I closed my Takealot account and will definitely not recommend them to anyone. Also, Takealot, if you do actually read your Hellopeter reviews, don't bother responding unless you have an explanation/useful feedback. I am not interested in hearing more of your PR answers.

Empty promises
<p>PG Glass Edenvale informed us that they would come replace our windows today (Thursday 9 February 2017). They did not show up, after we phoned to follow up and when we phoned around 16:30 to follow up again, nobody answered the phone. This service is unacceptable; if I DARED treat customers like this, I would lose my job. </p>

Poor communication and assistance
<p>I've been trying to contact Mutual and Federal to get a progress update on my claim. I tweeted a question on Twitter, after which I was told that I will be contacted by the claims department. They didn't contact me, so I phoned them and my ID could not be picked up on the system. Can someone from Mutual and Federal please give me a CLEAR answer on how long it takes to sort out an accident claim? </p>

Call centre staff need etiquette school
<p>Today I received a call from Elite Mobile. Again. I politely told the call centre agent that I was not interested, but he wouldn't take no for an answer. When I pointed out to him that he had my details wrong to start with, he just dropped the phone in my ear. I can't even block Elite Mobile because they phone from private numbers.</p>

The incompetence is strong with this one
<p>After complaining to Standard Bank numerous times over the past couple of years, once being on hellopeter, I am still being inundated with calls and texts that I must contact them regarding my home loan. As already indicated, I am NOT a client of Standard Bank. In fact, I used to be one, but after these terribly annoying calls would not stop, I simply closed my account with them. This account did, by the way, not include a home loan. How difficult is it to remove my number from your systems and actually check up properly on your clients before giving them home loans? I am tired of being harrassed because you cannot do what you are supposed to. Sort this out now! </p>
