Pathetic service delivery
Very bad service. We would phone in every time, only answer is that they are working on it. They do not get back to you. We have internet approximately only half of the time.

Rwandair is a pathetic arrogant airline
My luggage remained behind. Due to the fact that they decided what luggage may be loaded as a result of a smaller plane - told to me by Rwandair staff. Luggage was received and they have have scratched and opened everything in my suitcase. If allowed.. I will post a photo of how I received my suitcase.

Vehicle transport - no show
<p>Never have I had such poor service and non-delivery. I have been waiting for my vehicle to be delivered for A WEEK now, with excuses upon excuses. The director/owner whom I have called almost 7 times, does NOT return phone calls, Mr Kiren Kalyan must be very important. They promise you delivery of your vehicle, its been a week now, no delivery, they just DO NOT CARE!</p>

Pretorius Kop incompetence
<p>We had booked 2 x Camp sites for 3 days, initially we were only 2 people on the first night and one other guest booked in the followin day. <br />Accomodation was booked for a total of 8 people. On the Sa****ay two other guests arrived that would only stay for 1 night. Thus totalling 5 pax. The campsites booked were cancelled without letting me know. Thus having received full payment for 8 people, and reselling the paid sites I had booked. <br />Recharging my guestes. On the SAME REFERENCE number. Thus commiting fraud and charging VAT twice, clearly illegal!!<br />When we asked fr a refund there were MANY excuses and clearly no urgency from the Duty Manager or client service OF ANY ANY standard.<br /> <br />Total incompetence from the receptio from Deputy Manager and Meisie Sanderson!!! Pathetic!!</p>
